An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Collective Action Officer role to provide administrative and program support to the Collective Action team to enable the effective delivery of agreed work plans – coordinating the organization of sector and thematic meetings, undertaking research, and supporting the maintenance of the CRM, the project management system, and the relevant aspects of the community platform.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong administrative background, adept at seamlessly managing multiple workstreams within a dynamic office environment. Your expertise should extend to nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, adeptly providing project management support through CRM systems, and proficiently organizing both in-person and online events, ideally with proficiency in Office 365.

- Proven track record of thriving in an office environment characterized by multiple work streams and fast-paced teams.
- Demonstrated ability in managing relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including companies, NGOs, and trade unions.
- Experience providing administrative and project management support, proficiently utilizing CRM systems.
- Proficiency in organizing both in-person and online events.
- Familiarity and adeptness with the Office 365 suite.
- Strong background in conducting research, analysis, and composing reports.

This is a part-time (4 days/week) hybrid post with a salary of between £35,699 - £39,295 plus benefits.

We’re looking for a Vet Admin Assistant to provide assistance to our veterinary team and the clients they support through a number of different schemes.
About this role:
As Vet Admin Assistant, you’ll
- be the first point of contact those contacting our busy Vet team,
- assist with the daily monitoring of a number of inboxes, providing clients with excellent customer service,
- support with the administration of our emergency fund, which supports dog owners in financial need and provide cover in our busy pharmacy, based at our London office
- support with the processing of prescriptions, maintain accurate records and organise relationship building meetings with vet practices for a number of stakeholders to attend.
About you:
For this role, you’ll need to be an organised, people person; with excellent communication skills, with confidence across different systems, drawing from either experience or your ability to pick up new processes quickly. You’ll also need to work confidently under pressure, while maintaining the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately and use initiative. Additionally, an interest in, and commitment to the work and aims of Dogs Trust is essential.

About this team:
The Veterinary department is a friendly team of nurses, surgeons and administrative staff working in the London office. The primary responsibility for this team is to provide case guidance and management options for dogs within our care across our network of Rehoming Centres and other veterinary related schemes such as Outreach, Shared Adoption Scheme (SAS), Veterinary Support Fund (VSF) and the Emergency Trust Fund (ETF).
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates who are able to work from our London office 3-4 days per week.

About Mid Kent Mind

About the role
Mid Kent Mind runs a wide range of services, including but not limited to, mental health training, wellbeing courses, one-to-one sessions, and social groups. You will be working with both adult and youths in services which focus on nurturing the mental health and wellbeing of our service users in a safe and supportive environment.
You will be instrumental in facilitating a wide range of support across Maidstone, Ashford and Swale. You will lead on our structured mental health courses, and community groups whilst also having the opportunity to shape your individual approach to support the needs of our service users.

Key responsibilities
· As one of our Wellbeing Coaches you will lead on the existing service delivery, courses and social groups, both out in the community and based at our Wellbeing Centre in Maidstone.
· You will plan and prepare a range of engaging online and face to face group sessions, and courses.
· You will conduct wellbeing assessments with our service users.
· You will action safeguarding needs of service users, following MKM’s safeguarding policies and procedures.
· You will work with the team to ensure timely responses to email inboxes, answering phones and greeting visitors.
