Delivery Managers at the Centre are responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery in a core area of work, contributing to our ability to achieve our clients aim of enabling their community to thrive. Delivery Managers will ensure that they are delivering high quality, effective services in their particular core area, driven by the needs of the community, and contribute to their ability to clearly demonstrate their impact to all stakeholders through the implementation of robust impact management.

This role specifically has strategic oversight of the Employability, Enterprise and Learning service delivery area. This involves overseeing and ensuring cohesion between the several core delivery areas within the team to support community learning, employability and enterprise development opportunities.

This will involve overall operational and deliverable performance of the Employability, Enterprise and Learning (EEL) service delivery areas whilst focusing on monitoring the quality and impact of the service delivery area.

The role will develop, motivate, inspire and lead the team to work together to create and grow a service delivery area that encourages participants across the programs to achieve their goals and transform their lives through a variety of offers.

This role needs to promote a positive culture of collaboration, creativity and innovation across the organisation and with external stakeholders and lead the development of innovative, inspiring and viable service propositions.

Delivery Managers will play a key role in enabling us to achieve their strategic goals and contribute to developing the internal culture of the organisation, specifically driving forward their commitment to being a truly antiracist and inclusive organisation and creating space for honest conversations and feedback.

Location: 2wish currently offers a form of hybrid working and this will continue for the foreseeable future. This post is predominantly home based, with regular travel across the area you reside in and some travel to our Head Office in South Wales

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Work outside office hours may sometimes be necessary and will be compensated for by time off in lieu.

Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays. Annual leave steadily increases after five years of service. Annual leave and statutory holidays are calculated on a pro rata basis where applicable.

2wish exists to provide support to anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under.

Aims:

• Ensure every Emergency Department and Critical Care unit has a suitable bereavement suite
• Ensure that bereavement boxes are available at each of these hospitals
• Ensure that immediate bereavement support is available for all affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide a professional counselling service and other therapies for those affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide support to individuals who witness the sudden death of a child or young person
• Provide support and training to professionals from any sector who may be affected by the sudden death of a child or young person
• To advocate and campaign on behalf of suddenly bereaved families

Context of role:

2wish supports anyone affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person aged 25 and under. We are a largely self-funded charity providing support across Wales and more recently, in the bordering counties with England. Our support team works very closely with our fundraising team to increase income but also to raise awareness of the work of 2wish.

This is a unique opportunity for two individuals to raise awareness of the charity, building it’s profile and engaging communities across the English counties that border Wales. It will involve helping to organise fundraising events, working with volunteers and encouraging community fundraising opportunities.

Main duties:

• To help raise awareness of 2wish and the work we do in England
• To work alongside the support team in England, Phase I and to build on the reputation of 2wish
• Research, approach and engage community groups and local supporters using mechanisms for engaging their support to develop additional sources of income

The role:

The purpose of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and accurate day-to-day financial management and financial controls for the Fidelity UK and international Foundations, including leading on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning and delivering the annual reports and accounts for all four Foundations. In this role, you'll be immersed in an active environment where your skills in direct marketing and fundraising will be put to the test. From analysing data and managing an activity budget, to forging strategic partnerships with agencies, you'll play a vital role in expanding Ripple Effect’s reach and impact. Collaborating across teams and borders, you'll lead projects that shape engaging supporter journeys, fostering meaningful connections with their cause.

Desirable experiences include planning and executing cash fundraising appeals, planning engagement opportunities for supporters and customers such as events, and showcasing your digital marketing prowess. Whether it's crafting compelling copy or building relationships to inspire action, you'll be at the heart of all Ripple Effect’s communication efforts.

The Head of High Value Giving will come in to a portfolio with huge potential and a solid base to build from. The successful candidate will own and lead the high value programme, be the in-house expert and transform high value giving to fund crucial services for the armed forces community,

The post holder will have the experience, energy, and expertise to recognise the vast opportunity within the team and take the programme to the next level. They will lead by example in cultivating both UK based and international trusts and develop relationships with key stakeholders to build out a major donor programme, whilst overseeing an amazing team to continue to deliver brilliant results.
