As Service Manager for our Lambeth PRS and Refugee Resettlement services (maternity cover), you’ll step into a visible, high-impact leadership role overseeing two established teams supporting families resettled in Lambeth through government refugee schemes and people transitioning from rough sleeping into private rented or social housing.

Day to day, you’ll be leading and developing a team of eight Support Workers, setting the standard for high-quality, trauma-informed and strengths-based support. You’ll hold oversight of complex casework, safeguarding and risk, maintain strong relationships with Lambeth commissioners and pathway partners, and ensure performance and reporting are on track.

You’ll balance operational grip with strategic oversight — using data to spot trends, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring clients are not only sustaining their tenancies but building confidence, connection and independence in their communities.

You’ll also play a part in the wider leadership of the organisation as a member of our management team.

The ideal candidate

To be considered for this role, you should be able to:

• Support with the development of the annual marketing strategy to achieve fundraising targets and contractual service delivery requirements. 
• Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall marketing plan. 
•  Lead on the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes and support. 
• Support with fundraising acquisition activity linked to new prospects and opportunities e.g. individual philanthropists, decision makers in companies, trusts, foundations and local authorities. 
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
• Managing Providence Row's digital profile, including maintenance and development of the website, social media, external website listings and links, and Google Ads (etc).
• Overseeing the production of organisational marketing materials. This may involve project managing production of materials or providing oversight to other staff producing materials.
• Improve upon current social media activity with editorial calendar and content for social media networks including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, blogs and similar platforms.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with legal experience to join Shelter as a Trainee Paralegal/ Legal Adviser and help us deliver an effective service for people experiencing housing issues in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in standing up to the housing emergency.

About the Role

You will support our solicitors to maintain an active caseload, enabling our clients to enforce their housing rights while ensuring a high standard of client care. Your role will be varied and will include taking instructions and witness statements, drafting letters, making applications, providing court representation and making sure time recording income targets and professional and quality standards are met. You will work closely with the team in London Hub to continuously improve and integrate our services.

About you

You will need a good understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, be able to write reports and meet financial targets, as well as being able to provide a good standard of professional service and client care. You will have excellent communication skills, both in writing/drafting and face-to-face along with proficiency using case management systems and time recording. If you have housing law experience and Legal Aid/ CCMS this would be an advantage but is not essential. You enjoy collaborating as part of a team and are able to encourage and support colleagues to meet Shelter’s strategy.

Our Legal team is based around England and is made up of over 100 people, delivering housing advice and litigation services for our clients. Working closely with other teams in Shelter Services, we take referrals from them including certified litigation work, controlled work and Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes.

Our London hub specialises in providing housing advice and emergency homelessness work, intensive support to families, people experiencing domestic abuse and people experiencing multiple disadvantage along with practical DIY assistance.

We’re seeking a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about working in the homelessness sector and committed to helping people overcome complex life challenges. You will support a group of individuals facing multiple disadvantages including homelessness, substance misuse, mental and physical health issues, trauma, and possible involvement with the criminal justice system.

You’ll work closely with the Lived Experience Team, under the guidance of the Team Leader, and offer engaging activities designed to build confidence, skills, and lasting connections.

· Provide consistent, sustained support to help individuals engage with relevant services.

· Signpost to external support groups and services, such as Andy’s Man Club, where appropriate.

· Foster partnerships with voluntary and statutory services to ensure cohesive support.

· Regularly identify and address barriers to progress, working collaboratively with each individual.

· Collaborate within the Lived Experience Team to share responsibilities and support team goals.

· Build relationships with faith groups, including Doncaster Minster (if possible), to secure space or volunteers for client-          focused activities.

About the Role & Organisation

This role is employed by Church Urban Fund (CUF) and will be managed remotely. While you will be based with the Starting Point  team in Doncaster City Centre, your work will also take place in the community and, occasionally, from home. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

About The Role

As a new role within our organisation’s structure, the Head of Programmes position will be varied and evolving, with a strong focus on the line management and support of our front-line team, ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery across programmes. This role will line manage our Senior Employability & Engagement Officer and Programme Support Officer, and eventually lead on the recruitment and management of a dedicated Resettlement Officer role as funding allows. The role

As a Housing Officer & Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering intensive housing management and personalised support to people from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & income generation 

· Trusts & grants: Research, write, and submit compelling funding applications to trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies to secure new and repeat funding.

· Corporate & individual giving: Work alongside Service Delivery Manager and Deputy Service Manager to develop relationships with corporate sponsors and individual donors, creating engagement opportunities.

· Donor stewardship: Manage and nurture relationships with funders, ensuring timely reporting and impact updates.

· Donor stewardship: Provide timely and effective follow-up communications with supporters, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

· Fundraising strategy: Support the development and implementation of WSUP’s fundraising strategy, identifying new opportunities for income growth.

· Event fundraising: Assist in planning and delivering fundraising events to engage supporters and raise unrestricted funds

· Financial oversight: Work with the CEO to develop fundraising budgets and ensure accurate income tracking.

· Financial oversight: Process cash and cheque donations for Community & Events income, including ensuring this income is processed and recorded accurately on our database which may include batch uploads.

· Campaigns & appeals: Develop and implement online fundraising campaigns, such as Winter Appeal or emergency appeals.

· Storytelling & impact reporting: Work with Communication Lead to share real-life stories that showcase WSUP’s work.

Person Specification

Essential skills & experience

· Fundraising knowledge: Understanding of trust, foundation, and corporate fundraising, with proven experience of writing successful grant applications.

· Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.

· Relationship management: Ability to build relationships with funders, donors, and stakeholders at various levels.

· Organisational skills: Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· IT proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), databases, AI tools and social media scheduling tools.

· Financial literacy: Ability to create fundraising budgets and financial reports.

· Compliance: Knowledge of fundraising legislation, including Gift Aid and GDPR compliance.

Desirable skills & experience

· Experience in a small charity setting, ideally within the homelessness or health-related sector, understanding the challenges and opportunities of grassroots fundraising.

· Experience organising donor engagement events or corporate sponsorship opportunities.

· Proven ability to use videos and infographics to enhance fundraising campaigns.

· Social media: Experience using social media for fundraising and engagement, with an understanding of digital marketing principles.

· Experience with volunteer management or coordinating fundraising volunteers.

About the role:

At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service works across streets, transport hubs and a central support hub to ensure that no one is left facing rough sleeping alone. This is an integrated, borough-wide service focused on early engagement, reducing harm and supporting people to move away from the streets towards safety, accommodation and longer-term stability.

As an Outreach Worker, you’ll be a consistent and trusted presence for people sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping. Working flexibly across street outreach and hub-based support on a rota basis, you’ll build meaningful relationships, carry out trauma-aware assessments and coordinate practical support that helps people take their next steps.

You’ll work within a 'No Wrong Door' approach, supporting people wherever and however they engage. That might mean meeting someone early in the morning on outreach, supporting them to access the hub later that day, or working alongside partners to remove barriers that have kept them excluded in the past.

This is a role with variety, challenge and real impact. You’ll respond to complex situations, manage risk thoughtfully, and support people through moments of crisis and change. The work can be unpredictable and includes early, late and weekend shifts as part of a 7-day rota – but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be supported through reflective practice, supervision and training, as part of a skilled, compassionate and determined team.

Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with a mixed gender homelessness charity based in South West London. It’s mission is to provide secure accommodation to those experiencing homelessness, and to support working towards independence and lasting stability. They do this through the provision of a safe and secure hostel with 14 rooms, and communal areas and kitchen, along with a team of great support workers.

As a Support Worker, you will ensure a safe and welcoming service within this 24 hour hostel where welfare dignity and protection is key. Working with vulnerable adults you will remain alert to risks and respond appropriately to concerns or incidents following safeguarding and risk management procedures. You will also hold a small caseload, supporting clients with their key work support that is person centred and trauma informed, focussed on promoting independence, stability and well being.

Due to the nature of the role, you will have experience in building relationships and supporting vulnerable, disadvantaged, or excluded client groups, as well as dealing with challenging behaviours within a similar setting to the homelessness sector.

The ideal candidate will be able to easily demonstrate similar experience, and also be available to work shift patterns based on site in Richmond.
