  • Maintaining high standards of performance and positive outcomes through effective training, support and monitoring, investigation of complaints, including improving services from lessons learnt.

This role will require a minimum of 1-2 day working in the office. Must have a hybrid flexible approach and be willing to travel to all Peabody office locations when required.

A bit about us

But the desire remains the same – to create homes and communities where people can flourish.

Here just a few of the benefits for working at Peabody:

  • Flexible and hybrid working (depending on the role)
  • Up to 30 days’ annual holiday plus bank holidays
  • Competitive salaries that are benchmarked regularly against current market rates
