The successful candidate will thrive on collaborative work, excel in presenting compelling narratives which inspire other fundraisers to do the same. An analytical mindset is essential, along with the ability to grasp facts and data to manage projects effectively. This role is the vital link between key internal charity stakeholders and external fundraisers, trainers, and account managers and therefore a thorough understanding of the sector and or campaign management via a similar role within the charity or private sector will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Organizing: Collaborate with the Direct Marketing Manager to oversee campaign activities across Private Site, Door to Door, and Telemarketing. Contribute to the development of strategic plans and analyze campaign results to ensure ROI.
Fundraiser Training and Engagement: Update and refine Fundraiser Induction Training and conduct engaging training sessions on the charity's services. Implement a monitoring plan for external Face to Face agencies and build strong relationships with operational teams.

Harris Hill has an opening for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to join a health related charity for 3 months, but potentially longer to cover recruitment period.
Following the completion of a 5 year plan, the organisation has decided to invest in Individual Giving as it has been noted there is lots of room for improvement, one of which is dividing the team into separate retention and acquisitions teams. We are excited to be looking for a passionate Fundraising Officer to join the incredible team at the Imperial Health Charity. IHC is a dedicated charity for Imperial Health College Healthcare NHS Trust and their mission is to work in partnership with the Trust and other organisations to enhance the experience of care throughout the patient journey.
As Fundraising Officer, you will be supporting the delivery of a Fundraising portfolio – providing excellent supporter care to event participants & supporters organising their own activities, as well as leading on some specific event activities to develop and grow income. You will also work collaboratively across the organisation and wider community to seek new opportunities to grow community fundraising income.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a varied role and expand their experience and knowledge across fundraising.
To be a fabulous Fundraising Officer, you will need:
- Previous experience in fundraising, ideally community & events
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people and provide excellent supporter care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

Salary: £31,500 - £35,000
Location: London, Hybrid, 3 days in office
Working pattern: Full time (35 hours) Permanent
