Key responsibilities
• Line managing the Engagement & Contact team and leading them to success, tracking and reporting on SLAs and KPIs to ensure we deliver excellent service to all supporters.
• Managing the supporter contact centre within the Fundraising directorate, taking on the role of lead relationship manager with the software provider.
• Overseeing supporter complaints and conflict resolution within Fundraising, acting as a point of escalation, advising and overseeing the implementation of solutions.
• Working closely with the wider Supporter Experience, Data & Insight Leadership Team, to deliver strategic projects and plans.

Your role

As Assistant Shop Manager at Scope's Sittingbourne shop, you’ll work alongside the Shop Manager, and use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

You’ll be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and committed to providing excellent customer service. You do not need specific retail experience. Job Purpose

An exciting role with significant scope to shape a Major Giving programme generating income through large financial donations from individuals and charitable trusts. The Major Donor Manager will play an active role in identifying, cultivating, securing, managing and retaining donors, and soliciting major gifts.  Maximising supporter engagement, satisfaction and value, the post holder will ensure a high level of customer service and account management, while overseeing the day to day running of the major donor programme.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and deliver a major giving programme to generate new revenue and deliver budgets
•    Alongside the Prospect Research Officer lead on identification and research to produce a pipeline of high value prospects and income opportunities
•    Build and cultivate fundraising relationships with a range of new high value individuals and trusts, developing robust and innovative supporter journeys to ensure long term committed income whilst personally managing a portfolio of donors.

Brain Tumour Research is looking for a Community Fundraiser West to play a crucial role in helping the charity achieve its strategic plans and objectives. The Community Fundraiser West will join our West region, to raise awareness, generate and grow our income through community fundraising activities. 

Position: Community Fundraiser – West
Contract: Maternity Cover/Fixed term contract, 6 months
Location: Head Office, Milton Keynes. Hybrid working model, three days per week in the office
Salary: Circa £28,500 pa
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
