About the role
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. This is a hybrid working role based at our Bristol Campus at The Greenway Centre (BS10 5PY). A significant proportion of the work will take place on site (2-3 days per week on average); however, this will vary throughout the year and there will be opportunities for more working from home at some points in the year.
This role will support activity across the two South and West NIoT campuses (Greenway Centre, Bristol and Oasis Academy Woodview, Birmingham) but will primarily be linked to our Bristol campus. Applicants should therefore live within a commutable distance. The role will, on occasion, be required to travel to other sites across the country and travel expenses will be paid.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia UK as a Mass Participation Manager (Engagement) where you’ll shape how we connect with and inspire mass participation supporters, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, timely and drives long-term engagement. You will be responsible for the stewardship of supporters taking on a virtual event or Dementia UK owned product. The virtual events portfolio at Dementia UK consist of a series of month-long challenges that bring our supporters together online across the UK, for example our upcoming Walk 31 Miles in May challenge. The Owned Products Team is responsible for delivering key flagship events such as Time for a Cuppa, alongside other mass participation fundraising products at Dementia UK. Working closely with the Mass Participation Manager (Virtual Projects) and Mass Participation Manager (Products) you will drive excellent supporter experience, ensuring supporters are engaged, well-supported throughout their events, and motivated to continue their engagement with Dementia UK.
A part of this role will be project based, with the goal to develop supporter experience to build lifetime value of supporters by regularly reviewing stewardship journeys. You will also work with other fundraising teams to identify any other fundraising opportunities to continue the supporter journey after our virtual events to build supporter long term value. You will be managing a team of four and will support them with complaints escalation, first point of contact customer service with mass participation supporters, and identify areas of improvement with the team’s processes.
We are looking for you to have experience with high volume of supporter enquiries and some experience of managing a team or helping them to deliver excellent supporter or customer care, especially in busy periods. You will have experience of delivering supporter journeys and stewardships communications, as well as strong fundraising and stewardship knowledge to motivate, uplift and engage our supporters to build long term value with Dementia UK.

The Head of Finance is responsible for the financial systems and accounting of Quartet to ensure the sound financial management of the organisation. They also oversee the effective delivery of many of Quartet’s administrative operations to enable the smooth running of the charity.

Role
The role holder will work in the Central Support Team and provide essential analytical, research, and operational support across all sustainability workstreams. Reporting to the Sustainability Lead, the role holder will work closely with them to help develop and accelerate our organisation’s sustainability progress by developing methods to enable regular sustainability reporting, providing evidence-based insights, and proactively supporting continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.
Responsibility
Key responsibilities include:
Data, Reporting & Measurement
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sustainability dashboards covering energy, waste, water, travel, procurement, and other key metrics.
- Work with the Sustainability Lead to design and refine reporting templates, KPIs, and data collection processes.
- Input and validate data in the carbon accounting system on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Support the preparation of carbon footprint reports, ESG disclosures, and compliance‑related submissions.
- Support with consistent, accurate tracking of sustainability performance across all sites.
- Improve the organisation’s scope of social impact data and its collection, to support annual reporting.
- Provide cross departmental assistance with data insights and data collection across the Central Support Team.
Research, Benchmarking & Evidence Gathering
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate sustainable practices.
- Research suppliers, materials, technologies, and best practices to inform decision‑making.
- Prepare concise insights packs that help the Sustainability Lead make informed decisions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify emerging sustainability opportunities and approaches.
- Support pilot projects and help evaluate their outcomes.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen our long‑term sustainability strategy and operational performance.

About the role
This is a key role within a busy service charge team, focused on delivering accurate and compliant service charge management across a large and varied portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calculate and manage service charge estimates and final accounts
- Take ownership of end-to-end reconciliation processes
- Identify and resolve variances and unrecoverable costs with clear rationale
- Support delivery across a large portfolio covering approximately 100,000 homes
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and future planning
- Handle complex queries and complaints within agreed service levels
- Provide expert guidance on service charges, lease interpretation and legislation
- Attend resident meetings and present service charge information

About you

Core Responsibilities

Support the Account Manager in maintaining and progressing a pipeline of stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring consistent and timely communication

Attend client and partner meetings alongside (or on behalf of) the Account Manager; take live notes, capture actions and send clear follow-up summaries to stakeholders

Track delivery of all agreed actions with the Account Manager, flagging delays or issues proactively

Maintain and update IB1's CRM (Capsule) with accurate pipeline data, contact records, contract timelines and renewal deadlines and using it to prepare and update metrics as directed

Conduct research into prospective partners, sector organisations and funding opportunities across priority sectors to develop the sales pipeline development
