The Role

The Executive Director will lead the Lincolnshire Social Outcomes Partnership CIC (LSOP CIC), driving its mission to improve health outcomes and reduce inequalities across Lincolnshire. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for managing partnerships, governance, and delivery of the organisation’s innovative Community Transformation Fund and Anchor Programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading fundraising and investor engagement
• Overseeing daily operations
• Ensuring strong governance and financial management
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders including the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, Social Finance, Macmillan Cancer Support, and local VCFSE organisations
• Champion collaboration and co-design
• Support community-led service development and investment proposals
• Mentor partners in social investment approaches
• Measure impact

The Executive Director will also lead the transition toward locally rooted leadership, ensuring the CIC remains sustainable, community-driven, and focused on equitable health transformation.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of:

• Working with or within health systems with an understanding of processes and systems associated with service delivery
• Developing and delivering fundraising and investment opportunities (for example, grant-based or investment bids to charities, foundations or philanthropic organisations)
• Developing and managing cross-sector partnerships, including collaboration with public sector, legal, financial, and community stakeholders.
• Overseeing financial modelling, risk analysis, and investment planning in complex programme environments.
• Commissioning, contracting, and negotiating with external partners and professional advisors.
• Designing and delivering programmes that prioritise equity, lived experience, and inclusive service design.
• Presenting proposals and performance updates to governance boards or advisory groups.
• Supporting capacity building within organisations or communities in multi-agency settings.
• Developing and delivering programmes in partnership with community-based or place-based institutions.
• Facilitating inclusive approaches to service development that reflect community needs.

About the Service

The aim of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Domestic Abuse Casework Service is to provide advice, information, and support to survivors of intimate partner or familial violence living in the community about the range, effectiveness, and suitability of options to improve their safety and that of their children. All advice will be based on a thorough understanding and assessment of risk and its management.

About the role

The purpose of the Hertfordshire Mind Network Community Outreach Worker role is to:

• Provide support and advocacy services to clients experiencing domestic abuse
• Ensure direct contact is made with the client within a specified time of an incident being reported to the police and to carry out a risk assessment.
• Ensure that the safety and wellbeing of the client is monitored and reviewed regularly.
• Maintain and enhance service delivery standards and effectiveness.
• Support the team with case management and volume of referrals to ensure a short waiting time and referrals are contacted promptly and assessed appropriately.
• Collate and obtain feedback regarding the effectiveness of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the wellbeing of clients who are affected by domestic abuse.
• Contribute to a reduction in repeat victimisation
• Reduce the number of victims withdrawals of witness statements
• Be aware of the impact on children of domestic abuse and make referrals to appropriate agencies to support the children where necessary.
• Increase the reporting of children at risk of harm
• Increase successful court outcomes by proactively supporting clients and work with the witness services for cases going to court
• Work with the wider team within Hertfordshire Mind Network and support clients in accessing additional support e.g. counselling, peer support, employment support and self-development courses
• Work with other professionals e.g. police, health, social care, housing, and signpost and liaise with such agencies as necessary

The Role

The role of the Events team within Alpha International is to oversee the organising of Leadership Conference (LC) in-person, any events around Leadership Conference (including Donor events, Wednesday CEF event, Alpha Staff day, regional satellite events) and London-based Alpha events across the year (such as Alpha Collective and Experience Alpha).
This role is responsible for managing health and safety across the HTB sites, catering (crew, bloom café, Brompton road food vans and green rooms), internal deliveries and LC app, along with other LC related tasks.

The Key Responsibilities

Logistical arrangements:

o Development and execution of the events Day Plan. This is a minute-by-minute detailed plan that holds all the information of what will take place at the event

o Gathering technical and logistical requirements from speakers, stream leaders and internal departments; then negotiating this with the IT, Production, Vergers and Volunteers Teams or with an external venue or AV suppliers

o Determining catering requirements and caterer management

o Hiring of any additional venues as required and HTB site logistics

o Attending site visits (for external venues that might be used)

o Hiring of any additional equipment required for the event

o Liaising with the Production, IT, Verger, Worship team and all other internal departments

o Ensuring any legal and insurance tasks are thought about and in place for the event taking place

o Creating floor plans for the vergers to use

o Liaising on interpretation needs are met including BSL

o Liaising regarding speakers and associated tasks including contracts, gifts and accommodation

o Liaising and implementing programme decisions

o Developing and implementing new floor plans and layouts at events 

o Ensuring event Health and Safety has been implemented 

o Delivery plans 

o Any other event related task

Marketing and communications: 

o Working closely with the marketing team on the marketing plan and budget

o Steer and monitor social media campaigns, alongside internal creative services teams

Staffing:

o Volunteer recruitment working closely with the Alpha leadership on this

Registration and Ticketing:

o Oversight of the busy Leadership Conference inbox for guest queries

o Creating booking system for taking in person events registrations using an online event platform

Safeguarding 

o Linking in with the Safeguarding Lead if any safeguarding issues come up in the inboxes or at the event

Debrief

o Debrief to be done for different areas involved in 

Leadership Conference Week Responsibilities

o Taking a lead role on several key packages assigned to this role

o Create and maintain comprehensive event documentation

o Writing papers on the different areas for senior management to review as and when is required

o Stay within the budget allocated and make adjustments to event constraints based on financial situation. Looking for ways to save money on all areas you look after

o Developing and implementing new and improved processes 

o Holding the Alpha standard on communication in everything we do or send before, during or after the event

o Attend senior leadership meetings to provide updates as an when is required on your different areas

o Managing admin across the event, dealing with sign off,  budgets and compiling post event reporting – to take learnings for next years event

o Looking at ways to improve LC year on year by researching competitor events and market knowledge

o Any other event related tasks to support Head of Events

About the role:

These roles are home-based but there may be a need to travel around the region on occasion.

As a Service Delivery Assistant you will:

• Provide high quality administrative support to the team and service.

About the role:

This role is a hybrid post and your location will be Dyfed Powys Police Headquarters in Carmarthen.
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer you will:

• Directly support victims affected by crime & ensure the provision of tailored one-to-one support
• Assist those victims in ensuring they receive the support required to complete their journey through the criminal justice system to cope and recover from the impact of crime and help people to move beyond the crime and access additional support services.
• Develop networks of agencies to which victims can be referred for ongoing/specialist support and report on the effectiveness of relationships with partners with a view to improving services delivered by Victim Support
• Work alongside a team of staff to reflect the community and the needs of the victims and utilise resources in the team to deliver individual, bespoke services to vulnerable victims

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for the day to day running of the Financial Control department, and line managing two Senior Finance Assistants and two Finance Assistants.

Responsible for group reporting requirements for branches and subsidiaries, including assisting with their opening and closing.

Support the stewardship of the finances of ITF Group, including fixed assets, investments and banking. This includes processing and recognising transactions, maintaining schedules, reporting requirements, forecasting cash requirements and liaising with advisors.

Facilitate receipts, payments and expense claims, including checking of expense claims, and checking and recording regional office transactions in ITF Group accounts. Collaborate with and support teams responsible for different income streams, and process transactions on credit cards and prepaid cards, including issuing and closing of cards.

Responsible for employee and employer tax matters for benefits-in-kind that are identified in invoices or expense claims, including preparing the PAYE Settlement Agreement.

Responsible for statutory and regulatory calculations, reports and filing, including Certification Office, Companies House, corporation tax, VAT, gift aid and other taxes, levies, charges and duties.

Prepare for and assist the external audit, and year-end and monthly accounts, and complete allocated balance sheet reconciliations.

Establish and provide appropriate policies and processes to ensure compliance and to meet defined deadlines.

Lead the operational team, systems and initiatives that enable ITF to deliver high-performing, values-led services. Ensure effective planning, delivery and improvement of the organisational function. Combine subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and people management to ensure a resilient, compliant and impactful operation.

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for a highly numerate and organised individual with a strong ethical approach. The ideal candidate will have:

Essential criteria:

• Substantial experience: A professional accounting qualification (CCAB or CIMA) with a proven track record in a senior finance role.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Technical accounting expertise: Hands-on experience preparing annual reports and financial statements, with a solid knowledge of accounting standards and HMRC requirements.
• Audit experience: Direct experience of being audited by external financial auditors.
• IT proficiency: Advanced Excel and intermediate Word skills. Must have practical experience with complex finance databases (e.g., Sage, Oracle, SAP), reporting tools, and expense claim systems.
• Personal attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the organisational skills to meet tight deadlines. Must be fluent in English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt working hours during periods of high demand to ensure deadlines are met.

About the Role

As part of our collaborative Finance Business Partnering team, you’ll support fundraising, communications, advocacy, and activism across Mencap. You’ll provide clear financial advice, insightful analysis, and strong financial management to ensure our fundraising income is used effectively to benefit people with learning disabilities. 

Over the next five years Mencap have big ambitions to significantly grow our fundraising income and increase our influencing and campaigning impact to ensure people with a learning disability can live life to the full. 

This role is a full time permanent position.There is flexibility around where the role is based. We have large offices in London and Peterborough and smaller offices located throughout the UK. You will need to travel occasionally for meetings. However, this role will primarily be working remotely. 

Key responsibilities include:

· Partnering with directorate teams to create robust budgets and forecasts, offering support and advice for realistic financial planning.

· Providing clear financial reports and analysis to help teams understand results, spot emerging issues, and make informed decisions.

· Supporting complex income forecasting (e.g. legacies), using scenario analysis to guide planning and assess risk.

· Delivering financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.

· Ensuring funding applications and management of restricted funds are accurate and compliant.

· Improving finance processes and reporting, including with our new Salesforce fundraising CRM system.

· Acting as key contact for external auditors and funders regarding fundraising financials.

· Ensuring accounting and financial compliance with Charity SORP and other relevant regulations.

· Managing and coaching an FBP team member, supporting their development.

What You’ll Bring

· Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or equivalent).

· Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a charity or fundraising environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.

· Clear communication and influencing skills, able to explain financial information to others.

· Familiarity with fundraising bids, donor engagement, and business development.

• Lead the strategy and delivery of the charity’s digital fundraising events.

• Build and optimise paid social media campaigns across key platforms.

• Build and manage relationships with agencies, partners and stakeholders.

About You:

You’ll bring proven experience in digital fundraising or similar income-generating digital roles, be a confident project manager, able to oversee multiple campaigns and meet KPIs and have strong experience with paid social media advertising and digital supporter journeys.
