About the Role: The Information Management Specialist will focus on the classification of organisational data, ensuring appropriate confidentiality levels, and implementing robust data loss prevention strategies. The role includes analysing and optimizing current SharePoint libraries and leading the development and implementation of an intranet to enhance collaboration and information sharing across the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Information Classification and Data Confidentiality:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information classification framework to categorize data based on sensitivity, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and classify sensitive data, ensuring appropriate security controls and access levels are applied.

Intranet Development and Implementation:

- Define and document the intranet’s structure, features, and functionality, including user roles, content management, and search capabilities.

Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for the management and technical support of the Finance function and acts as advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and assists in the development of the organisation’s financial strategy, modelling new projects, preparing budgets and reporting on financial performance.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accounts on Xero and all related bookkeeping tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities

Responsibility for bookkeeping on the organisation’s accounting system (Xero);

Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts for the organisation and individual cost centres, including variance analysis and reports for the Board. This information should include a short narrative on the current position, future prospects, and financial risks and opportunities. The reports will be tailored as necessary for the Board and management;

Provide robust financial information including accurate balance sheets and a rolling cash flow forecast;

Person Specification
The post requires the holder to:

Have an appropriate accounting qualification – in full or part (AAT, ICAEW, CIMA or ACCA);

Have a minimum of three years of professional experience, including experience of operating within a not-for-profit organisation (managing accounts for restricted and unrestricted funds);

Be proficient in Xero Online accounting software and Excel spreadsheets, including experience in using Power Query;

Be comfortable with the financial systems typical of a small organisation, including financial monitoring and reporting to a range of different funding sources;

We are seeking an experienced, qualified accountant to take over and lead the financial management functions at an important charity.

About the role:
Working with the CEO, the post-holder will ensure the charity functions effectively and has long-term financial viability and sustainability. The post-holder, in conjunction with the Treasurer, will ensure the Board meets its fiscal responsibilities and all regulatory requirements are complied with.
You will advise, report to, and consult with the CEO on all matters relating to the management of RSG's financial resources and on external factors that may affect its financial situation. You will also prepare, maintain and develop financial policies and procedures, including effective systems of financial control ensuring they are updated as necessary in a timely manner.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Lead the annual budget-setting process, liaising with the CEO and relevant managers to produce income, cost and year-end projections that are agreed upon by the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead digital donor acquisition activities and journeys across a variety of channels including paid social, paid search, display, email and telemarketing.

The Role
The Senior Finance Business Partner will lead and oversee financial management of key programme areas for the organisation.

About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (SSPM), the Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) is a member of the partnerships team, situated in the London office. They have primary responsibility for managing and servicing funding arrangements with key government donors, as well as contributing to a range of external relations activities.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager manages day-to-day relations with assigned donors, monitors grant activities, ensures effective grant servicing and deliverable management, and produces timely and accurate grant reports and other relevant donor communications. They maintain relevant internal management systems (including in Salesforce) to track grant servicing commitments and coordinate with programme and finance colleagues to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
Working with colleagues across various departments, the SPM prepares or contributes to quality funding opportunities in line with donor policies and requirements. Working in close consultation with the SSPM, Senior Programme Managers from across FF’s country portfolios, and others, the postholder is expected to support the strategic development of the government funding portfolio while managing their own workload with a high level of independence and professionalism.

Qualifications and experience
Essential

The Head of Programmes is a critical role for the organisation, responsible for ensuring DEC funded programmes meet programmatic standards, are fully traceable, routinely monitored and comply with organisational procedures and institutional donors’ requirements.
