About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the organisation at a time of growth and development. As HR Officer, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of HR operations, supporting the organisation's people and culture goals.

Working closely with the Head of HR and Corporate Services, you’ll provide expert, proactive support across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment to training and performance—to help create a high-performing, inclusive workplace that supports - 1,000 residents across London.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Coordinating and administering all stages of the employee lifecycle

We are currently recruiting a Skin Camouflage Practitioner Co-ordinator (Wales) (0.6 FTE, spread across 3-4 days) to deliver and support our vital Skin Camouflage Service – a unique, life-enhancing service that helps individuals regain confidence and feel more in control of their appearance.

Skin Camouflage Practitioner Co-ordinator (Wales)
Hours: Part-time 22.2 hours / week (preference for 15.7 hours spread across 2-3 days per week, plus one 6.5 hour clinic day required (on either Tuesday or Friday).
Location: Hybrid: Mainly home based; one clinic day a week in Bridgend (Tuesday or Friday).
Travel required: Occasional – in Wales/England for meetings, training; quarterly travel to staff away day.
Contract: Fixed term for 22 months (with a view to becoming permanent, dependant on expected ongoing funding arrangement).

Main purpose of the role

Changing Faces are launching a brand-new pilot Skin Camouflage Service in South Wales. We’re looking for a dedicated and organised Skin Camouflage Practitioner Coordinator to help make it happen.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver in-person Skin Camouflage appointments, supporting people with visible differences.
• Promote the service and build connections with local communities and health professionals.
• Support the new service set-up, including clinics, documentation, and Welsh translations.
• Coordinate and administrate appointments remotely and manage client enquiries.
• Signpost clients to other Changing Faces services as needed.
• Contribute to service development alongside the wider team.

We are seeking a professional, empathetic individual with strong administrative skills and either experience or a talent in cosmetic artistry or colour matching. A background in nursing, therapy, or another healthcare role would be an advantage in the clinic-based environment.

Following training, the role will involve delivering one 6.5-hour weekday clinic per week. In this setting, you will provide Skin Camouflage colour matching, application, tuition, and guidance to individuals affected by a visible difference.

In addition, you will work 15.7 hours remotely across 2–3 weekdays. This part of the role includes:

• Promoting the Skin Camouflage Service across Wales.
• Coordinating service setup, including documentation and translation.
• Building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners.

We are looking for

• Fluent in Welsh and English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills to engage clearly, logically, and appropriately with a wide range of audiences.
• Proven administrative ability, including the efficient use of administration systems, and confident use of the Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing tools, and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is an advantage but not essential).
• Experience or natural talent in cosmetic artistry or colour matching, with an excellent eye for colour and visual detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen empathetically and support vulnerable clients, while maintaining professional boundaries and emotional resilience.
• Good understanding of policies and procedures, particularly in relation to safeguarding, and a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of clients, staff, and volunteers.

The Advice and Advocacy Officer will provide holistic advice and advocacy to guests, supporting them on issues such as debt, welfare, housing, employment, and business support, in a trauma-informed and empowering way.

The postholder will be a key part of growing the Hub’s  Advice and Advocacy/ Pastoral / Wrap-around services, working as a team with our partners, providing support to guests and volunteers.

• Working with a Caseload of Guests on a 1-1 and group basis and providing support via multiple channels, including Telephone, Email, In Person, virtually, and other project locations, develop action/support plans

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced healthcare profession/health related professional to join our existing team of Wellbeing Consultants embedded within established UK GenesisCare cancer treatment centres.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with patients, relatives, GenesisCare staff team and Wellbeing consultant team and the wider Penny Brohn UK organization. We are looking for a professional who can work in a flexible, proactive, intelligent, and creative way. Candidates should have experience of working within private or national health related services and have knowledge, experience/understanding of complementary therapies or other support services.

Key role considerations

• This role will involve working alongside our partner GenesisCare to ensure a holistic approach is taken in aspects of support and treatment.
• The bulk of the patient work is delivery of one-to-one sessions – completing holistic needs assessments, review appointments, consultations, mindfulness, and relaxation sessions.

The Loan Administration Assistant will provide key financial administration support to the wider Big Issue Invest Team. You will support the Accounts Manager with the administration and monitoring of both loan and fund portfolios, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates, assist with onboarding new clients and investments, including collecting and verifying KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation and supporting due diligence processes.
 
You will also provide key monitoring services such as maintaining and updating portfolio management systems, prepare routine correspondence, and respond to client queries, support the monitoring of existing investments, tracking key milestones, repayments, covenants, and impact metrics.
 
You will also work with the wider investment team, for example to assist the Investment Manager and Accounts Manager with Risk assessments and Performance assessments where required.
 
You will be a keen "numbers person" who is used to working in depth with Excel. You will have a background in a financial environment and/or a relevant degree or financial qualification. We would also consider a suitably qualified candidate who wishes to move into a social finance career. A strong understanding and history of confidentiality in a financial context is also essential.  
 
There is a strong opportunity, for the right candidate, to progress into a career in Fund Accounting or Fund Management.

The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.

It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. Role purpose

The Minster Centre is seeking to develop and further professionalise its operations and is recruiting to a new Head of Finance role. This is a part-time, flexible role for two days per week in the first instance. Some time in the office will be needed to work alongside other staff and key stakeholders – this can be managed flexibly alongside working from home. The role would therefore suit someone who wants to balance an interesting and senior role alongside other responsibilities or interests.

The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the charity, owning and ensuring compliance to financial policies and procedures. You will provide strategic financial guidance to the Management Committee and contribute to the delivery of the charity’s financial strategies.

Early priorities will be:

• A review of existing financial policies and procedures to support the ongoing effective running of the charity.
