We’re looking for a Strategic Legacy Marketing Manager to lead our team of legacy marketing specialists. This is a new role leading an established team that is key to building our long-term legacy income. It is responsible for developing and expanding our multi-channel legacy pledger recruitment programme, enhancing and growing our legacy engagement & conversion journeys and growing our In Memory giving initiatives, including our Launch a Memory offering.
Your role
As the Strategic Legacy Marketing Manager, you’ll be focused on:
- Driving innovation and development of the wider legacy strategy as part of the legacy leadership team.
- Leading a team responsible for all aspects of our marketing acquisition, conversion and engagement programmes for Legacy & In Memory giving.
- Collaboration and coordination with fundraising stakeholders across the organisation to deliver the legacy strategy in support of the wider fundraising strategy.
- Identifying and growing talent within your team.
About you
You’ll be passionate about fundraising and understand the importance of delivering donor-centric marketing programmes that support business goals and outcomes.
More specifically, you’ll need:
- Proven track record and extensive experience in developing a donor-centric marketing strategy and overseeing its successful delivery. Ideally, this will be in legacy and/or In Memory giving and include experience in creating large-scale multi-channel paid media programmes.
- Experience in leading and motivating teams and building cultures that bring out the best in individuals. A confident people manager with experience of coaching and supporting others to develop and achieve results.
- A great communicator with extensive experience of effectively engaging with and influencing stakeholders at all levels in a business.
- A strategic thinker who looks and plans ahead, with the ability to identify appropriate change and to deliver it while keeping their team and all stakeholders engaged.
- Demonstrable ability to use and understand trends and insights to positively influence the development and delivery of activities.
- Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and a passion to deliver the best possible results for our supporters and our charity.

We support families across a large geographical area, including South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire, North Derbyshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The hospice is easily accessible from Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield and North Notts. We have free secure on-site parking for families, staff and volunteers to use.
Every year we need to raise £6.7m to keep our doors open and only around 17% of our income comes from government sources, the rest must be raised through fundraising activity.
The role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven Individual Giving Legacy Fundraiser to lead and grow income from the Individual Giving portfolio by driving acquisition of new individual and mid-level donors, elevating end to end donor interactions and deepening relationships with existing supporters. You will be proactive in using data insights to inform campaign targeting, mid donor level strategy as well as monitoring agreed kpis.
A key focus is to grow Regular Giving through the development of compelling supporter packages and upgrade pathways, while also advancing legacy giving through targeted messaging and initiatives that build a sustainable pipeline of pledges and gifts for the future.
What You Will Do
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for Regular Giving, including acquisition, retention, upgrade pathways, and mid-level donor development.
- Lead on the development and effective delivery of legacy messaging across channels, ensuring consistent and inspiring communication that builds awareness and drives pledges.
- Support strategic planning for Trusts & Grants, In Memory Giving, and Legacy awareness, ensuring alignment with overall fundraising goals.
Campaign & Product Delivery
- Lead the creation and delivery of Regular Giving and mid-level donor products, campaigns, and donor journeys.
- Develop and promote legacy giving initiatives, including Make a Will Month, seasonal appeals, and messaging that builds a pipeline of legacy pledges and gifts.
- Work with external suppliers (e.g. creative agencies, mailing houses) and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Supporter Engagement, Commercial Insights and Finance teams to ensure integrated delivery and maximise supporter value and retention.
- Support fundraising events and initiatives as needed.
- Respond to supporter enquiries via mail, email, and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Work positively and proactively with our volunteer supporters.
- Manage relationships with external consultants for Trusts & Grants and Legacy fundraising, oversee canvassing agents and ensuring all activity aligns with the hospice’s fundraising strategy and values.
What You’ll Bring
· Proven experience in corporate or community fundraising or a corporate account management environment.

Take, develop and interrogate marketing and communications briefs from colleagues across the hospices, supporting the Account Executives with delivery against these briefs, planning resources and identifying pinch points.

Eat Smart is a successful primary school educational programme born in the NE of England designed to inspire children and schools to reduce food waste and build sustainable food systems. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Healthcare Improvement Senior Officer to join our Improvement Programmes Team, helping to deliver leadership programmes and quality improvement projects that support healthcare professionals to improve prostate cancer services across the UK. It’s a varied and rewarding role where no two days are quite the same.

Strong organisational skills are essential, with the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You’ll have experience managing webpages and creating engaging online content, as well as delivering presentations and facilitating productive conversations.
You’ll bring experience of project management and be comfortable coaching, mentoring and/or supporting peer-based learning. Building strong relationships will come naturally to you, whether that’s with clinicians, colleagues, senior leaders or external partners. You’ll have a good understanding of the healthcare and/or charity sectors and the pressures faced by healthcare services.

How and where we work
Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.
Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Quality and Standards Manager, the Exams Content and Systems Manager (ECSM) will oversee the day-to-day work of the Content Coordinators and Content Administrators, ensuring high team performance and developing a culture of continuous quality improvement.
This pivotal role supports the RCR’s strategic objectives, including growth in candidate numbers and global reach, by managing digital exam delivery platforms and exam content processes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Line manage and motivate the Content team, fostering resilience and high performance.
- Oversee the development, support, and optimisation of digital exam delivery platforms.
- Ensure exam content processes — including question writing, review, and quality assurance — meet regulatory requirements and uphold exam integrity.
- Drive improvements in systems and processes, ensuring efficiency, accessibility, and value for money.
- Provide accurate data and insights to support candidate feedback, appeals, and misconduct policies.
- Collaborate with examiners, colleagues, suppliers, and external partners to deliver excellence in exam delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to exam content and digital platforms, ensuring business continuity.
