BMS World Mission is looking for a talented and motivated Global Team Administrator to join our Department for World Mission. BMS is a Christian mission organisation founded in 1792, today we are working in around 30 countries over four continents. We are passionate about making Jesus known across the world and transforming the lives of those we serve.
As a vital member of the team, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to Team Leads and Heads of Programme. Your duties will include communication with overseas partner organisations and supporting the wellbeing of our personnel while they are working overseas through effective administration skills.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with an eye for detail and have the ability to work closely with a wide range of people across the organisation, with sensitivity to diverse cultures and perspectives. You will also have experience in accurately recording and maintaining information and a willingness to partner with others to improve processes.

This role can be office-based or hybrid. Coming in to our office regularly in Didcot is preferred (for example one or two days a week on average). The cost of travel to BMS Didcot whether on a regular basis or infrequently, would be borne by the employee.

Salary range: £21,374 to £25,855 per annum (Pro-rata)

As part of our commitment to partnerships with institutions and other organisations, we are looking for a Partnership Funding Co-ordinator to strengthen and expand our relationships. This is a target-focused role, and the successful post holder will be expected to generate funds and establish new partnerships with organisations and institutions.

The Role
Key Targets
- Recruitment of new partners to fund Islamic Help programmes.
- Successfully maintain partnerships with organisations, including good partnership care involving field visits, reporting, proposal development etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Institutional Funding and Partnership Manager:
- To lead on identification of partnerships in the UK, Europe, Asia and North America.
- Lead in the mapping of potential donors and partners.
- Conduct detailed desk research on potential donors and partners.
- Develop seasonal proposals including Ramadan, Winter, Qurbani and whenever there are emergencies.
- Carry out regular field visits to potential donors/partners to explain our expertise and interests.
- Categorise partners based on their structure, expertise, geographical location, and interest.
- Update database by collecting, recording and uploading information of potential partnerships, to the highest degree of accuracy.
- Support the organisational capacity assessment of potential partnerships.
- Support operational and technical staff as needed in the organisation and facilitate capacity assessments for potential partnerships.
- Participate in the sub-award proposals review and approval process as needed.
- Ensure excellent relations with key partners and put in place systems that maintain them.
- Ensure a high level of co-ordination with partners and other stakeholders to ensure the planning and implementation of projects according to approved proposals.
- Supervise co-ordination with partners to achieve project deliverables.
- Meet donor partners regularly to monitor progress; share lessons learned, experiences, observations, obstacles and to review and update project plans of actions if needed.
- Drafting agreements with donor partners.
- General administrative support within the team and the International Programmes & Partnerships Department.

- Excellent oral and written English.
- Must have driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience of working within INGOs and Partner/Field Office Management.
- Experience of working in-country within the countries that IH operates in.
- Knowledge of any of the following languages is an advantage: French, Arabic and Urdu.

As Fundraising Coordinator you will play a key role in Viva’s Fundraising & Engagement team, building relationships with and providing exceptional supporter care to our donors – including individuals, churches and community groups. The Europe Region works to deliver tailored services to the 42 Member Organisations in the region. The small staff team work with regional volunteers and external partners to provide pan-European events, capacity building opportunities and resources.
Job Purpose
To support, promote and deliver the strategy of World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (hereafter WAGGGS) within the Europe Region, by working with the Europe Regional Committee to ensure the delivery of the region’s value proposition to Member Organisations (MOs). To lead WAGGGS operations in the Europe Region, to ensure the effective liaison between the region and the wider organisation, and in partnership with national Member Organisations (MOs) and external partners, when applicable, to achieve the objectives of regional action plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In conjunction with the Regional Committee finalize, implement and monitor the 2025 Regional Action Plan to ensure the delivery of WAGGGS Global Strategy at a regional level.
2. Under the framework of WAGGGS Global Strategy, work in collaboration with the Regional Committee to develop the Europe Region Triennial Action Plan 2026- 2029 and a strong consultation process with Member Organisations to include the Europe Voluntary Contribution review.
3. In conjunction with the Head of Finance and the Regional Committee Chair to propose and develop a budget to deliver the Europe Triennial Regional Action Plan,and undertake the active monitoring and management of the regional budget.
4. To be the project lead for the European Volunteer Contribution Review team of Regional Committee and staff members.
5. In conjunction with the Regional Committee, and in consultation with the Head of Membership and Regional Support, to manage relationships with external stakeholders in the region.
6. In partnership with the Regional Committee, ensure the delivery of WAGGGS Europe Region regional events, in particular the 2025 WAGGGS Europe Regional Conference (Austria, July 2025) with responsibility for:
• Strategic goals of the conference or event
• Objectives of the event
• Programme and content of the event
• Recruitment and activation of volunteers to support delivery of the event
• Liaise with event planning team to ensure appropriate logistical support for conference or event
7. To have delegated daily management powers (aligned with the WAGGGS scheme of delegation) of the WAGGGS AISBL (Association Internationale Sans but Lucratif) non-profit organisation in Belgium and ensure the financial, legal and administrative obligations of AIBSL are adhered to;
