Inpatient Unit Staff Nurse

 

  • Hours: Full time - 13 x 11.5 hours across a 4 week rota (part-time hours considered)
  • Location:  Watford 
  • Salary: £31,049 - £37,796 per annum (pro rata) 
  • Closing date: 13 April 2026 at 12 noon

The role of an Inpatient Unit Staff Nurse is to deliver high quality Specialist Palliative and End of Life nursing care as part of the In- Patient Unit multidisciplinary team.

 

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas: 

 

  • Leading on and coordinating assessment, planning and evaluation of individualised patient centred care. Ensuring a holistic approach that is sensitive and responsive to the patients ever changing needs.
  • Maintaining a respectful non-judgemental and caring attitude ensuring our clients vision and philosophy of care is integral to the care delivered and role undertaken.
  • The coordination and smooth running of a shift ensuring it is well organised and staff and patients are safe.
  • Acting as an ambassador within the community.
