Specialist Behaviour Support Workers are responsible for supporting people with learning disabilities and behavioural needs to live full lives, develop skills and maintain their wellbeing.
This role includes weekend work and will involve shift-based scheduling during weekends.

The Purpose of the service is to establish a local integrated offer of intensive, therapeutic overnight stays and outreach support. Focused upon building the capability and resilience of families so the child/young person can experience greater permanency of care with their families, foster care, or benefit from the range of services available to them in their community.

As a Senior Community Support Worker (Positive Behaviour Support) you will provide first line management to a team of Community Support Workers (Positive Behaviour Support), developing their capability through demonstrating the right values and behaviours, mentoring staff, and supporting their ongoing development.
The aim of the Early Intervention and Prevention Service is to work with families that may be struggling with managing the behaviour of one or more of their children, you will work alongside the family and multi agencies to deliver a high standard of care and support.
You will have the opportunity to receive formal Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training and coaching from qualified behavioural specialists within the Together Trust.
Senior support staff will work alongside management to ensure the service meets Ofsted children’s home regulations and works in line with current legislation.

Wood Lane End is a specialist supported living service designed for individuals with learning disabilities and Autism, particularly those with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. The service is structured around a single-customer model, meaning the home is tailored to one individual, ensuring highly personalised care and support. Staff are trained in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and Autism-specific approaches to ensure the customer's emotional and physical wellbeing is prioritised at all times. As Deputy Manager, you'll support the Area Service Manager in overseeing service delivery, safeguarding, and staff supervision. You'll be a key figure in shaping a stable, nurturing environment where the customer can thrive.

Main duties
Fundraising CRM Project Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end project to replace the current CRM system, including an audit of existing data, research into CRM options, supplier selection and full onboarding and implementation.
- Manage and maintain the current Salesforce system during the review period, ensuring it remains functional, accurate, and fit for purpose while supporting the transition process.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for the CRM system within the Fundraising and Communications team, ensuring it meets team needs and supports strategic goals.
CRM and Data Management
- Maintain and improve the quality of supporter data through regular cleansing, deduplication, and tagging to ensure accuracy and GDPR compliance.
- Working with data flows and setting up integrations, ensuring the system runs smoothly on an ongoing basis, making updates, troubleshooting issues whilst maintaining data consistency.
- Work with the Finance team to support integration between the CRM and finance systems for seamless donation and income reporting.
Data Selections, Segmentation and Campaign Support
- Collaborate with the Fundraising team to perform targeted data selections for appeals, newsletters, stewardship journeys, and events.
- Develop and maintain segmentation structures and logic to support personalised supporter journeys and strategic targeting.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to provide campaign-ready data for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement activities.
Reporting and Insight
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real time insight into fundraising performance, donor behaviour and campaign results.
- Create and deliver regular and ad hoc fundraising analysis to inform strategic decisions and performance tracking.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve donor retention, upgrade journeys and lifetime value through data driven insight.
Key responsibilities
- In conjunction with your Line Manager, continuously develop the role to ensure that all tasks are being undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner which meets the strategic aims and objectives of The Passage.
- Proactively flag any data integrity issues with Line Manager and help develop action plans as required.
- Participate in internal/external meetings as required, and attend training events, conferences and other functions as necessary.
- Participate in regular supervision and annual appraisal and help in identifying your own job-related development and training needs.

The Director of Membership and Education will be responsible for strengthening, developing and growing the RLSS UK membership offering, deepening engagement with existing and prospective members and developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programmes, courses, and resources. The development and implementation of an organisation wide membership and education strategy, which is aligned with organisational goals and aimed at enhancing the member experience, and driving educational initiatives, including current and potential qualifications and training programmes will be key.
The Director of Membership and Education will also be an empowering leader, managing a team of 13 with 4 direct reports, ensuring the effective delivery of member initiatives and lifesaving and lifeguarding training, and water safety education.

Kempton Steam Museum, operated by Kempton Great Engines Trust, is home to the world's largest operational triple-expansion steam engine, which supplied water to much of London until 1980. Our project, Kempton: Clean Water for Life - reaching a wider audience, is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we aim to transform Kempton Steam Museum’s engagement with visitors and the local community, while enhancing support for volunteers and care of collections. Three new part-time staff roles are being created to focus on volunteering, collections and managing the project.
The part-time Museum Operations and Project Manager will manage day-to-day operations and oversee delivery of the project initiatives. We will also be recruiting a Curatorial Officer (one day per week) and a Volunteer Coordinator (two days per week).
