About the role

We are now seeking to appoint two Independent Governors to support our commitment to widening participation, promoting inclusion and advancing educational excellence, while helping to shape the strategic decisions that will define our future impact.

• People, Culture and HR
• Strategic leadership of public services

We are also keen to attract individuals whose expertise and lived experience will strengthen our equality, diversity, and inclusion work, which remains a core priority for the Board and the University. Independent Governors play a vital role in providing strategic insight, constructive challenge, and independent judgement, and we encourage experienced leaders to consider applying their strategic expertise to help guide the University’s long-term success and social impact.
