Director of Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships

Are you an exceptional senior leader, who is ready to drive income growth, system innovation and strategic partnerships across grassroots football in Surrey? 

This is a high-impact executive role for an experienced fundraising and partnership professional who thrives on income diversification, public sector commissioning organisational growth and strategy development.

A major focus of the position will be developing and submitting funding bids to national, regional, and charitable funding bodies. The successful candidate will identify funding opportunities and craft compelling proposals that bring new projects to life, helping to expand access to football and strengthen communities across Surrey.

Alongside this, the Director of Fundraising will lead work around income diversification, with a particular emphasis on public sector commissioning. This will involve building relationships with local authorities, health bodies, and other public sector organisations to secure commissioned work that aligns football with wider social outcomes such as health, wellbeing, education, and community development.
