The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a health charity client on a fantastic Stories Officer role for a 12- month fixed term either on a full time or part time basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to craft impactful health stories, supporting service delivery and raising awareness through compelling storytelling. The successful candidate will play a vital part in capturing experiences that resonate and inspire action.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and share inspiring stories that showcase the organisation’s work and its beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with teams to identify compelling content and gather insights through interviews or direct engagement.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across various platforms and materials.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of stories for campaigns and organisational needs.
- Utilise multimedia tools to enhance storytelling, including images, videos, and written content.
- Support organisational objectives by amplifying key messages through storytelling initiatives.
Person Specification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with experience in engaging narrative development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management.
- An empathetic approach and understanding of the organisation’s mission and values.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £32,000 per annum or pro rata (full time or part time – 14hrs a week)
12-month contract, Remote working with occasional meetings in London
