The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is seeking an Operations Manager to provide support to the organisation in delivering its mission of helping create sustainable futures for historic buildings throughout the UK.
 
The Operations Manager will be a highly motivated and pro-active self-starter that can manage the operations of a growing charity, with experience of working within a senior administrative role in a small business, charity or not-for-profit. They will have experience of day-to-day HR with an energetic ‘can-do’ ethos and practical approach, as well as line management experience and data protection knowledge. They will ideally have experience of helping develop the organisational culture of a hybrid working organisation.
 
The post-holder will be responsible for managing the Administration Assistant and duties that cover Governance and Office Management, People and Culture, Policies and Procedures, Data Protection and IT Management and Security. They will provide support and advice to the CEO and Board of Trustees, as well as ensuring good office management and record keeping, supporting the Senior Management Team, including with employee lifecycle management, and ensuring consistency and implementation of company policies and procedures, acting as the Data Protection Officer for the organisation, and acting as the key liaison with the AHF’s external IT support provider.
