We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-minded IT Support Analyst to provide first- and second-line support across Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA). This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a strong foundation in IT within a Christian ministry context.
In this role, you will help ensure our staff are equipped with reliable, secure technology. As IT Support Analyst, you will support the setup, maintenance and day-to-day management of end-user technology across the organisation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across all departments and liaise with external technology partners to keep our systems running smoothly.
This is an entry-level role suited to someone with strong technical curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow in IT support and operations.

Occupational Requirement

We are currently looking for a Data Analysis Officer to join our IT Infrastructure & Operations team on a permanent full time contract.
This role will support the development and implementation of the organisational data strategy. You will work closely with various teams to help foster a data-driven culture and assist in deriving insights from data.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Data and Analytics Lead in ensuring robust data analytic capabilities
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to monitor performance and inform decision-making
- Support the assessment, implementation, and management of data architecture, tools, software, and infrastructure
- Assist in ensuring data handling processes adhere to industry best practices and legal requirements
- Collaborate with various functions and workstreams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
Skills & Experience
- Have a foundational understanding of data analysis and a strong interest in modern statistical methods, tools, and platforms
- Be able to support the translation of analysis results into data-driven insights
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake or similar is desired.
- Able to demonstrate effective attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with complex datasets, ensuring quality and consistency in reporting and analysis.

Job Title – Senior Data and Performance Analyst (RAA)
Contract – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Hours -35 hours per week
Salary - £42,000 - £46,000 per annum FTE dependant on experience

The Senior Data and Performance Analyst role plays a vital part in supporting the work of the regional agency undertaking a range of responsibilities (local and national), undertaking data collection, cleansing and analysis contributing to robust reporting and new service developments to enhance the data function.

Outline of Role
The job holder will work closely with the Head of Programmes and the Facilitator & Content Design Manager to coordinate and deliver high-quality, transformational reconciliation programming and events in the UK and abroad.
This role would ideally suit – but is not limited to – candidates at an early stage in their career with demonstrable interest in religion and peacebuilding, seeking a role that will generate a broad range of experiences and with considerable scope for professional development and increased responsibility as RCF enters a period of sustained growth.
