About the role
The Group Work Facilitator will play a pivotal role in delivering the CouRAGEus Project, an initiative designed to support Black and Global Majority young women, LGBTQ+ youth, and disabled young people. The role involves facilitating safe, inclusive, and empowering group work sessions that foster emotional resilience, healthy relationships, and self-advocacy.
The Facilitator will provide a trauma-informed, culturally responsive space where participants can explore issues such as mental health, well-being, consent, and social justice. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and tailoring interventions to meet diverse needs, the Facilitator will help participants build confidence, develop skills, and navigate challenges while promoting their overall safety and empowerment.

Women and Girls Network (WGN) is a pan-London organisation that supports women and girls affected by all forms of gender-based violence. Our overall aim is to promote, preserve and restore the mental health and well-being of women and girls who have experienced, or are at risk of, gender-based violence, whilst working towards a society free of gender-based violence.

- Providing women-only holistic and seamless therapeutic services, which meet women and girls’ needs and contribute to total and sustainable recovery from the experiences of violence.

The Homeless Recovery Worker will lead on the case management of clients and be part of a team that provides accommodation based and community support services to clients to keep them safe and help them achieve their goals. Main Responsibilities:

To assess the needs of each client, helping to develop their individual support plan to achieve their goals

To produce and regularly review comprehensive client-based risk assessments and manage a caseload of clients on a one-to-one basis

About the role:
This role is based working from home, however the successful candidate will be expected to line manage and visit clients within the Hampshire & Isle of Wight region as well as surrounding areas and should therefore live within the Hampshire & Isle of Wight or Berkshire area.

About the role:
This role is based from home with a requirement for occasional travel to venues across the region to attend Team Days and other meetings as required. You will be working Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be:
- Talking to people on the telephone from a variety of different backgrounds, all with different experiences. No two days are the same & you will need to use your communication skills and resilient nature to help those dealing with trauma and the effects of crime, who may have gone through a life-changing experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be helpful but is not essential as you will receive robust training prior to working directly with clients. You will also receive ongoing support to ensure that you can provide victims with quick responses to meet their needs and help them cope and recover.
- You will be working within a small supportive team that is part of a large independent charity which offers the opportunity to develop skills to enhance your ongoing personal development.

Overall purpose of the role
As part of a multi-faceted and busy fundraising team, the Events Product Development Lead will take a significant role in strategically planning and delivering a portfolio of new fundraising events to raise funds for Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charities. This role will support the strategic development and delivery of a portfolio of fundraising events aimed at increasing income and diversifying our funding base. Key Responsibilities
· Innovate and develop new supporter led products in collaboration with the Senior Events Manager and Head of Strategy & Innovation, with a focus on virtual events and owned events, along with any other opportunities within this space.

About the role:
This role is based at Lancaster Police Station. This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
As an IDVA working on Operation Provide you will:
- Work with the Police safeguarding team to identify high risk victims of domestic abuse.
- Check internal systems to check if victims are known or open to internal services and liaise with same.
- Conduct joint visits with the police to victims who are at serious risk of harm to provide independent information about their rights and options to enable them to keep safe from harm.
- Assess their needs and develop a bespoke safety and support plan

- Liaise with internal and external agencies in order to keep the victim safe from harm and address their needs.
You will need:
- IDVA accreditation and/or have considerable relevant experience in supporting victims of domestic abuse

About the role
This new role will be part of our Supporter Engagement team, which includes Special and Challenge Events Fundraising, Community Fundraising, Individual Giving and Supporter Care. Our Special Events programme has expanded significantly in recent years, and we
have ambitious plans as part of our new three-year strategy. As part of this, we organise a diverse range of fundraising events, including a Comedy Night, Garden Party, Sports Quiz, Carol Service and Gala dinner.
Working closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement, the Special Events Officer will play a key role in developing and managing our special events programme. This includes overseeing multiple aspects of event planning and execution, collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team to produce high-quality event materials and ensuring that every event runs smoothly. Additionally, you will help manage key relationships and maximise fundraising income.
A key focus of this role will be leading the organisation of our annual Carol Service at St Margaret’s Church, Westminster Abbey, while also exploring opportunities to develop a new special event that diversifies our income streams and broadens our audience.

Main duties
