Transform is seeking an organised and diligent Finance & Administration Manager to join our team.

Transform is a biennial festival of powerful international performance, based right here in Leeds. Every two years, we assemble artists from across the globe to present thrilling theatre, dance and performance to diverse audiences in their thousands across the city.

We’re looking for a capable, personable and experienced professional working in finance or administration who thrives on supporting organisations to run smoothly and efficiently. Organised, proactive and rigorous, you’ll be familiar with developing and leading effective administrative and financial systems. You’ll have an interest in contemporary arts and understand the value of Transform’s work.

About the role

Job title Finance & Administration Manager

Contract Part time, 3 days a week. Permanent contract. Working days ideally Monday–Wednesday but we are open to hours being split differently across the week and happy to discuss flexible approaches

Salary £36,000 per annum, pro-rata

Pension employer contribution 4%

Location Hybrid role. 1-2 office-based days per week in Mabgate, Leeds

Annual leave 33 days per year including bank holidays (20 days including bank holidays pro rata 0.6)

Key relationships Executive Producer, Senior Communications Manager

Responsible for Payroll provider, Bookkeeper, Accountant (rolling freelance contracts)

What You'll do as Head of IT

As our Head of IT, you'll drive the Cathedrals digital strategy and oversee the entire technology environment, you'll

• Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance on digital development and cyber security.
• Manage and modernise our IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, and digital systems.
• Oversee key platforms including Microsoft 365, finance/HR systems, CRM, ticketing, and website services.
• Lead cyber security, information governance, and compliance with UK GDPR.
• Support audio-visual and livestreaming technology for worship and events.
• Ensure sensitive, safe installation of tech across our Grade I listed heritage estate.
• Manage suppliers, budgets, and digital transformation projects.
• Play a key role in emergency response, safeguarding, and organisational risk management.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role ideal for someone who loves leading with vision but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What were looking for in a Head of IT.

• Significant experience managing IT systems in a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security, cloud systems (especially Microsoft 365), and infrastructure.
• A clear understanding of data protection legislation.
• Leadership that's collaborative, calm under pressure, and customer focused.
• The ability to translate technical challenges into clear, actionable advice.
• Respect for the Cathedrals mission, community, and safeguarding commitments.
• Experience in the charity, heritage, education, or church sectors is a bonus but not essential

Polka Theatre in Wimbledon seeks a Development & Events Manager to join our successful and welcoming team.

This is the role for you, if you:

· Enjoy planning and delivering fundraising events, which leverage immediate and ongoing support for the charity.

· Want to help a charity inspire supporters and build quality relationships with them, by telling the story of our impact.

Polka is seeking a Development and Events Manager to coordinate Polka’s regular giving programmes, manage an established programme of events and oversee a committed portfolio of corporate supporters. As a key member of the Development Team, this is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to help shape Polka's future as a leading children's theatre. 

The Development and Events Manager will help donors feel inspired, appreciated, and compelled to support Polka. You will do this through high-quality communications and events for Polka’s donors, potential donors and corporate partners. The postholder will devise and coordinate a varied annual programme of stewardship and cultivation events and take a proactive role in attracting new supporters.

This role will suit candidates with fundraising experience, particularly with individual giving and events. We also welcome applications from people with transferable skills who can draw on their experience in other sectors. 

The role is primarily on site at Polka Theatre in Wimbledon, with up to 2 days working from home per week.
