About You: 

You will have experience of running effective national and regional campaigns using a variety of fundraising channels including digital, email, social media, direct mail, and telemarketing. With your good organisational and time management skills you’ll be able to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities under pressure.

You will have knowledge of google analytics as well as an understanding of fundraising regulator guidance, gambling commission compliance and GDPR.

About The Role 

• Manage the delivery of acquisition campaigns from concept through to evaluation, using data and insight to drive creative and production, drawing up schedules, and managing the approval processes. 
• Work alongside the Content team to research and develop acquisition products, journeys and communications, gathering information, case studies and photos for use in all direct marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external agencies including media houses, designers and printers; to negotiate costs and monitor performance
• Working collaboratively with a number of internal teams to ensure effective use of supporter profiling for delivery across a range of annual acquisition campaigns.

About the role
We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our volunteer development activity. Working closely with
the Fundraising, Delivery and Marketing teams, this is a varied role working with alumni and employee
volunteers to support activities in our member schools.

You will lead on the development of our volunteer community which is managed online through the Future
First Hub, and be responsible for developing and delivering a programme of activities that nurture
relationships with Future First’s diverse audience of volunteers, and increases support for the charity’s
fundraising and development goals.

You will have excellent customer service skills, be proactive and detail oriented and have the ability to
manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be confident in the use of standard office technology, as
well as experienced in the use of databases and IT applications.

Key Duties and responsibilities

• To be responsible for developing Future First’s volunteer relations strategy, and associated budget with a particular focus on the development of an engaged community, and a focus on the needs of employee volunteer schemes.
• To seek opportunities to raise the profile of the volunteer network, and grow its capacity and reach.
• To develop our work mapping and implementing recommendations against the Investing in Volunteers standard.
• To be responsible for running volunteer events and producing relevant communication materials.
• To participate in the strategic development of the Future First online Hub powering our school and volunteer community.
• To recruit volunteers and provide appropriate training and development opportunities, to include consideration of a volunteer board, and engagement activities targeted at the growing near peer volunteer community.
• To work closely with other departments to develop and implement their strategies for engagement.
• To work collaboratively with the fundraising team to explore and support volunteer philanthropy.
• To ensure that a robust monitoring and evaluation framework is in place for volunteer relations.
• To work with senior colleagues to ensure safeguarding policies are robust.

Salary and Holiday
This is a permanent position. The salary is between £34,000 and £36,000. Future First staff receive pro rata
28 days of leave (in addition to 8 UK public holidays) increasing one day per year of service up to 33.

About the role:

The Senior Multiple Needs Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) will work within a dynamic, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service based at the CGL Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone.  The IDVA will provide support in the local community and at the Ealing Women’s Wellness Zone.  The successful candidate will be co-located up to 5 days a week at the Women’s Wellness Zone.

The IDVA will be closely working alongside CGL colleagues/team to deliver support to women with a range of complex support needs including substance misuse, mental health, domestic abuse, sex working, trafficking, and offending behaviour. The IDVA will work in collaboration with their team members to holistically support women in the borough of Ealing to achieve sustained recovery, improved health and wellbeing, helping women to manage/mitigate risks, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential in society as well as ensuring the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process.

The Senior Multiple Needs IDVA will assess the needs and risks of survivors, carry out short and longer-term risk management, safety planning and support. As well as identify and refer to services appropriate to their needs. They will also proactively advocate and advice women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies, encouraging them to engage with other agencies, and help co-ordinate the provision of multi-agency support where necessary.

About You:

To be successful as the Senior Multiple Needs IDVA you will need to have:

Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC. As well as understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.

Bringing your experience of risk and needs assessment, safety and support planning, and crisis planning and successfully managing high numbers of referrals and experience of working in a co-located setting with another agency and providing consultations/briefings to professionals to support in upskilling them around Domestic Abuse. The candidate will have experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to work as part of an innovative service, designed to offer multi-disciplinary wrap-around support to women with multiple needs, with the aim of facilitating long-term recovery.

Cranstoun is a social justice and harm reduction charity. We offer a wide range of services across England including housing & homelessness, substance use, domestic abuse, children & young people, and criminal justice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our supported housing services in Wandsworth.  Focussing on harm reduction, the service supports residents to stabilise their substance use and achieve their individual goals. The service has 30 units of accommodation across 5 sites. The service has recently adopted a high tolerance to drug use approach in one of the houses.

You will have experience of leading and managing teams within housing/supported housing and managing the support provided to people with multiple disadvantages. Embedding recent service changes and leading new developments within the service, you will instil a positive team culture with a focus on risk management.

The Role

As a Project Lead for the ASB team you will be:

• Managing a small team of ASB caseworkers including performance management, monitoring and support
• Responsible for allocating cases within the team and analysing statistics and data in order to monitor daily caseloads against resources and look for trends/ pattern of behaviour
• Working with the Operations Manager to ensure delivery of the business plan and associated outcomes

• Leading on delivery of training to local agencies, organisations and bodies to represent the service and increase knowledge and understanding of issues related to the ASB
• Contributing to and attending monitoring meetings with funders/commissioners and providing reporting when required
• Playing a lead role in developing VS’s ASB work at both local and national levels

About you

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of leading and managing large and/or complex change programmes, particularly involving structural, operational and process change.

Proven success of working with all levels management and leading and influencing teams of people (directly and indirectly), ideally within a Transformation and/or Business Change environment will be key.

To be successful in this role, you will also have;

• Strong people skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Excellent written and verbal communication skills including accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital technologies used in internal communications.
• Able to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

The Exchange is seeking an experienced, talented and driven Venue Hire Manager to maximise venue hire income for The Exchange with responsibility for all aspects of hire events.

Principle Duties:

• Venue Hire Management: Lead for all hire enquiries and bookings from initial conversations through to event delivery and after-care.
• Sales and Business Development: Proactively drive venue hire sales, convert enquiries, and reach budgeted targets, working to develop opportunities with current, returning, and prospective clients. · Testing different low-cost digital reach opportunities.

· Including paid social, referral activities, calls to action across our channels, YouTube SEO and SEM. Working with an agency to optimise journeys from Google Grant, leading to clearly articulated actions (eg donations, sign-ups, click-throughs).

4. Testing to improve results continually 

· Email AB testing - Deliver AB testing to inform future email AB tests.

· Plan AB testing for email marketing projects, for the website, and other projects as needed to improve conversion rates.

5. Digital project management

· Testing new digital versions of courses and tools. Project management of website updates.

6. Campaign support

· Leading, innovating and supporting advocacy, communications and fundraising campaigns as needed to increase reach, engagement and conversions.

7. Gathering community feedback

· Continue the plan to access regular community feedback to influence Hub improvements and other digital channel improvements.

8. Supplier collaboration
