This is a London based role with a 50% hybrid working model.

The Role
Manage and motivate a team of three to deliver the programme effectively and professionally.

Manage a portfolio of multi channel campigns including direct dialogue and direct marketing projects to acquire and develop supporters who give via a regular gift.

Lead the development and growth of the Lottey product, along with its integration with raffles.

Drive the creative and functional development of the lead generation programme to maximise the conversion of leads to a regular gift.

The Candidate
Proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate direct marketing campaigns with substantial understanding of direct marketing acquisition and retention across a range of media channels, including direct dialogue, telemarketing, DRTV, digital and/or direct mail.

Previous line management experience, the abilty to motivate and lead a small team.

Proven ability to analyse results of campaigns.

Ability to build rapport and present to a range of audiences and work with both internal teams and external suppliers. negotiating costs, managing relationships and ensuring positive outcomes.

Oaklands & St Kilda's is made up of two newly refurbished six-bedroom homes, located close to each other in Ealing, West London. We work with up to 12 young people at a time, providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Many of the young people joining us are moving on from hospital, stepping down from more intensive placements, or transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.

Our team delivers 24-hour trauma-informed and psychologically informed support. You'll play a key role in helping each young person shape their own support and service experience. Everyone receives a bespoke welcome pack and is encouraged to personalise their living space, helping them feel at home from day one.

We place a strong emphasis on participation and co-production. Young people are encouraged to make decisions about their care, engage in partnership meetings, and take part in activities that build skills and confidence - whether that's cooking, budgeting, managing medication, or accessing education and work opportunities.

As a Support Worker, you'll provide direct, day-to-day support to young people, helping them develop essential life skills, manage their mental health, and build independence. You'll assist with practical tasks such as meal preparation, budgeting, attending appointments, and maintaining a healthy routine. You will encourage participation in social, vocational and community activities, and help young people feel comfortable and confident in their environment.

About the role

We’re looking for a Social Worker to support children and young people diagnosed with cancer in our South West Team. 

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families using a needs based assessment framework. The work we do is rewarding but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community.

This role is part home, part site-based. Your contractual base will be both Home and Bristol Children’s Hospital.

Casework and advice

To offer advice, advocacy and support to service users with various aspects related to their welfare as requested by the management of RMC and funders’ requirements.   

· To maintain confidentiality in all dealings with service users and ensure their needs are met in a satisfactory and sensitive manner. 

· To provide appropriate support and mentoring to any volunteers under supervision. 

· To represent RMC at external meetings and events when required by the senior colleagues.

· To maintain effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Essential Criteria

• Experience providing advice and casework support to asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable migrants.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to distressed clients.

About the Role:

We are excited to introduce a newly created position within our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual looking to build or further their career in human resources.

In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to both the Volunteer and Training Manager and the HR Generalist. Your responsibilities will include coordinating volunteer recruitment and training logistics, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment administration, employee documentation, and general HR tasks, contributing to the effective day-to-day operations of the department.

Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

· At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role within a Human Resources environment.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative work.

· Good understanding of HR processes, particularly recruitment and onboarding procedures.

· Confident in handling confidential and sensitive information.

· Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Criteria:

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
