As Major Gift Development Manager, you’ll:
- Manage a portfolio of existing major donors and prospects and ensure a first-class cultivation and stewardship journey with Dogs Trust.

We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving Officer (Retention) to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Senior IG Officer, Retention
Salary: £33,000-£36,000 per annum, dependent on experience

This role will create and deliver supporter-centric and insight-driven retention campaigns to maximise the loyalty and income from our base of 30,000 individual giving supporters. Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, you will develop and assess a range of supporter journeys and asks to best retain supporters across regular giving, raffle, lottery, cash giving and legacy - through digital, telemarketing and direct mail channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow the supporter retention and engagement programme within an agreed annual budget and calendar. The successful candidate will be an experienced direct marketing and digital project manager and collaborative team player. As the social media officer, you’ll help manage an audience of more than 200,000 people across X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Dementia UK offer hybrid working between their office location and home, with requirements of working from their office 1-2 days per week. Salary for this role is between £40-45k per year.
The Marketing Communications Planning Manager is responsible for planning and ensuring the delivery of a strategically aligned plan for the Marketing and Communications Team. Collaborating with others, the post holder will ensure the delivery of insight-led campaigns, planned for the right audience, across the right channel, delivering effective content and messages in the most impactful way.
Working with the Marketing and Brand Lead, they will play a key role in setting our communications priorities and planning key organisational communication ‘moments’, such as our brand campaigns and World Alzheimer’s Month. Key Responsibilities:
