We are seeking a PA with experience of working within the charity and not for profit sector.

 

Experience sought includes assisting in the management of multiple inboxes and diaries, supporting the Board of Trustees with minute taking and governance responsibilities and internally being responsible for the coordination of multiple projects and priorities.

 

Key to this role will also be your ability to manage and develop internal relationships with team members, peers and senior managers as you evidence exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Being able to be one step ahead to assist in elevating pressure and conflicting priorities would be a huge advantage in this role.

 

The role is hybrid with office presence required 2 days a week – these days are flexible.
