About the Role
An experienced Relationship Builder, you’ll represent the Charity with our national partners and licensees, ensuring we build strong and lasting relationships. You will work collaboratively across Help for Heroes, building relationships to take a holistic approach to relationship management, maximising all opportunities. You will develop and fulfil robust stewardship plans, identifying opportunities for growth, stewarding partners to increased and continued support of our work. You will also take a proactive approach to finding new business opportunities, developing creative propositions and bringing in additional income.
About the Team
A key member of the Corporate Partnerships team, which is a part of the High Value Partnership team, Commercial Directorate. You will be joining the team at an exciting time for growth and this role will play an integral part in our strategy building on our successful existing corporate partnerships. The Partnerships team are based across the UK, working remotely but with regular opportunities for face to face meetings with the team, partners and beneficiaries. The small yet busy Solution Delivery Team is expanding from six to ten employees, sitting within the IT Department. The team work within Cats Protection to identify issues and provide technical solutions, utilizing both off the shelf products or in-house developed solutions as required. Internal solutions are built using a range of technologies focused around the Azure Stack, including low code/no code solutions, C# and T-SQL code as required.
Responsibilities of our Solution Developer:
As a Solution Developer you will be working on a number of exciting new projects as well as helping to support and upgrade existing applications. This role gives the post holder exposure to Cloud First development work and the opportunity to work with the latest technology.
Current projects include:
- Updating our Neutering Finance system to move from a paperbased system towards an electronic version
- Replacing our CRM, a system at the heart of many of our processes and data flows, and integrating it with a number of new and existing systems
- The redevelopment/migration of existing systems into fully cloud based systems.
What we’re looking for in our Solution Developer:
- Significant experience in software development using C# and TSQL or another development skill involving systems implementation
- Experience in functional and automated testing, producing test driven development
- Demonstratable knowledge of Azure Stack development, specifically around pipelines, functions, logic apps and service buses
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- The ability to apply specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete
- To show understanding for the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping these in mind when taking actions or making decisions
- To identify gaps in the available information required to understand a problem or situation and able to devise a means of resolving them

The successful candidate will have experience of mailing selections and automated journey creation, as well as an understanding of how data can be applied to create complex and tailored supporter journeys using dynamic content, journey logic, personalisation and reporting. Programme Manager
We are looking for an experienced programme manager to lead an established Inclusive and Nurturing Schools (INS) programme to implement nurturing education across seven boroughs in London, commissioned by the London Violence Reduction Unit.

Position: Inclusive and Nurturing Schools Programme Manager
Location: Remote (UK based homeworking)
Salary: £37,800- £43,449 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible)
Duration: Fixed Term contract until January 2026
Benefits: 25 days annual leave allowance + bank holidays (pro rata for length of contract, and if part time), birthday day off and 5% Employer pension contribution, Medical scheme, Flexible working supported.

About the Role
The charity is leading on the Inclusion strand of the programme, delivering training to education professionals in 70 schools across London. The charity is working in partnership with Tender, a charity specialising in the prevention of gender-based violence and the promotion of healthy relationships between children and young people. Tender is leading on the Healthy Relationships strand of the programme.
In particular, you will be responsible for leading the established (2022) programme to keep children supported, and thriving in school, tackle exclusions, and ensure children and young people have healthy relationship behaviours and attitudes.
The Programme Manager will:
- Lead on programme management (including budget management and reporting)
- Work closely with the programme manager for the healthy relationship strand to ensure high quality and coordinated delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with funders and contract managers
- Coordinate engagement with schools and participating boroughs
- Coordinate a delivery team
- Assess the impact of the INS programme
About You

The role requires an individual who has direct experience of working across a broad range of the specialist areas of responsibility identified above.
You must be able to lead in a rapidly changing internal and external environment to ensure the organisation can maximise the opportunities and manage the challenges it faces.
You will have experience of:
- Managing large-scale projects or programmes
- Working with schools or within the education sector
- Line management and managing contractors
