The role will work closely with stakeholders across MFE, supporting campaign build and driving improvements to support business requirements. What will I be doing?

• Providing expertise in the design and implementation of CRUK campaigns in Adobe

• Developing, implementing, and managing data workflows using Adobe Campaign, ensuring campaigns are automated where possible, optimised, and data-driven

• Building trigger-based journeys, integrating data points for timely and effective communications

• Working closely with the Product Manager to ensure appropriate processes and controls are in place for effective and efficient working

• Supporting the end-to-end data selection process ensuring ways of working are validated, captured and subsequently error free

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of marketing strategy and advising campaign managers on data selections, ensuring that all groups of supporters are considered appropriately and that we are maximising the value of our contactable base

• Mentoring the Data Selections Executive, guiding and upskilling them to deliver accurate selections in Adobe Campaign

• Working closely with the matrix team to explore and exploit Adobe Campaign capabilities.

The role

The Development Manager (Philanthropy and Fundraising) position marks an exciting new chapter at The Carers' Centre. Main responsibilities

In line with our income generation strategy:

· Lead on the strategic planning and implementation of income generation activities to help build sustainability of The Carers’ Centre and its services for 19,600 unpaid carers across Bath and North East Somerset.

· Develop and implement a stewardship programme for donors and funders building support and securing new income for The Carers’ Centre.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to help deliver The Carers’ Centre vision for carers.

Income generation

· Design and deliver a diverse income generation plan to support philanthropy and fundraising in line with The Carers’ Centre Strategic Plan.

· Co-produce annual philanthropy and fundraising targets and take the lead responsibility to instigate and co-ordinate the activity that will achieve them.

· Build long-lasting relationships with key local philanthropists, donors, and funders.

· Work proactively with colleagues to research, identify and scope a portfolio of compelling projects and proposals that will appeal to donors and funders.

· Work closely with communication colleagues to develop appropriate communications campaigns and activities for different supporter groups.

· Contribute towards the charity’s communications and marketing strategy ensuring fundraising is embedded.

· Develop, maintain, and implement relevant policies and procedures in line with our growth plans.

· Provide effective line management and support to direct reports to help them maximise their potential and effectiveness.

The 39th WAGGGS World Conference is a four-day event that will take place in Cambodia in June 2026 in partnership with the host organisation, the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia. This is the main platform for decision-makers in our 153 Member Organisations to gather for networking, learning and consultation on the direction of the Movement. A pre-event for youth attendees under the age of 30 will take place before the conference. 

About the Role:

This role operates within a volunteer-led global charitable organisation with 153 Member Organisations. It provides the inspiration, knowledge and direction to continually protect and enhance WAGGGS’ rich legacy and expand its collective reach and impact. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with staff, volunteers, and attendees from across our Movement - each bringing their own unique perspectives and experiences. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for maintaining the registration site and event website (using the events management software, Cvent) including individual event databases, providing reports as required and ensuring good communication with participants via email. 

2. Provide administrative and logistical support for all aspects of online and in-person Event Management. This includes assisting volunteers and staff with registration and platform issues, and, if appropriate, travel arrangements and accommodation. 

3. Ensure internal and external communications with Member Organisations, participants, staff members and volunteers and event suppliers are timely, relevant and of a high quality. 

4. Undertake the processing of grants, invoices, staff and volunteer expenses and other related financial administration ensuring compliance with legislation and WAGGGS policies and guidelines. 

5. Writing, designing, and sending event documents and communications on time. Proof-reading of the documents and communications before sending them. 

6. Be responsible for, and able to evidence, own personal development by undertaking relevant training, attending meetings, conferences and events ensuring that you are updated in all matters relevant to the role within your Personal Development Plan agreed with your manager.

About The Role

At Alzheimer’s Society, we’re looking for a Local Services Manager who’s not just operationally excellent—but visionary, compassionate, and driven to make a real difference.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join the delivery of a contract that is currently in its implementation and development phase. You’ll play a key role in shaping how services are delivered, contributing to the design, refinement, and continuous improvement of systems and processes. As a Local Services Manager, you will be home based, with a requirement of having visibility across the Essex & Hertfordshire area. Leading and inspiring geographically dispersed teams, whilst working as part of a wider Area Management Team, to deliver these fantastic services.

What You Bring

- Proven leadership in health, social care, or the voluntary sector.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, governance, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for equity, inclusion, and lived experience leadership.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

Your work will primarily be as an operational leader, managing our dementia support services which includes busy group services delivery. 
You will have a great opportunity to build relationships and engage external stakeholders, including working closely with Local Authorities and Health colleagues and Commissioners within an Integrated Care System setting.

As a Retail Partnerships Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail partnerships team. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating with retail partners, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. You’ll play a key role in our team, helping to drive our retail partnerships to new heights.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the management of retail partnerships, including maintaining records and tracking performance.
• Supporting on campaigns and events
• Collaborating with the new goods team and reporting on revenue
• Data analysis and reporting
• Providing exceptional administrative support to the retail partnerships team, including mailbox management, coordinating meetings and reports.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and has a keen eye for detail. You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for retail.

To succeed in the role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working arrangements

Please note this is a fixed-term contract covering family leave up until June 2026.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and either or London or Northampton office.

At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.  

Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have colleagues offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.  

We seek like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all of us passionate about the vital and valuable work we do to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, and tackling the wider issues of violence against women and girls. 

This role will assist the refuge manager in the day-to-day running of our young women's refuge, developing and delivering a front line service offering support, advice and guidance to the young women in our refuge.
