We’re seeking a passionate, skilled, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Peer Support Lead. This role focuses on supporting people from a range of culturally diverse backgrounds across West Yorkshire, including but not limited to South Asian communities. 

You’ll lead and expand a network of peer volunteers who work within local communities to promote hepatitis awareness, reduce stigma, and improve access to testing, treatment, and care. You’ll collaborate closely with Leeds Teaching Hospitals and The Hepatitis C Trust’s national and regional teams to ensure culturally sensitive, community-led engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The RSPB is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Finance Systems Replacement project, a Board priority and a major digital change project. The Finance Systems Replacement project seeks to replace several systems that are over 20 years old.

As a Store Manager you will manage the day to day running of our Tonbridge Store, leading a team of colleagues to maximise store sales and profits. Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager. As part of the Grant Partnerships Team you will play a lead role in collaborative and ambitious partnerships between corporates and OnSide that give opportunities to young people.

Position: Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid working: Two days a week in the London office (White City), combined with home-working and travel across the Youth Zone network as required

Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible working available)

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

This is not a typical charity corporate fundraising role. The charity offers a unique and values-driven proposition to corporate partners, one which is built around shared purpose, a powerful volunteering and engagement offer, and impact that is both measurable and personal.

You will help shape and deliver a portfolio of multi-year strategic corporate partnerships that create social value at scale, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

You will manage key national accounts, lead cultivation of new opportunities, and bring valuable insight, creativity, and story-telling flair to partners. Working closely with the Network of 16 Youth Zones across the country (and growing), you’ll ensure partnerships are brought to life in vibrant, locally-relevant ways, while also aligning with national priorities.

As the Network of Youth Zones grow to 22 by 2027, the charity is expanding the corporate partnerships programme to match the broader national footprint. This new role will lead that growth, building on the momentum of successful strategic partnerships established over the past four years.

Key Responsibilities 

Leadership & Operations

Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is recruiting for the position of ‘Supporter Relations Assistant’ to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. This position is being offered on a fixed-term contract basis for 6 months. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.

To manage IRUK’s switchboard and phone enquiry system and to administer the entry of data on the fundraising database. This will include processing donations, updating supporter details, maintaining supporter records, and ensuring that information held is accurate, appropriate and up to date.

About the role

Through Salesforce management you will drive our organisational strategy, for the benefit of colleagues, supporters and people affected by Parkinson’s. You will manage the continuous improvement of all Salesforce platforms, working with stakeholders and Operations teams to identify and help to deliver Salesforce solutions to meet user and business needs. You’ll scan the horizon for new functionality, keeping up with releases and use cases in the nonprofit sector and beyond.

What you’ll do

• Be accountable for Salesforce technical decisions for the CRM Programme and be prepared to justify those decisions to all levels in the charity.

• Define and manage the roadmap and supporting backlog for both NPC and NPSP to ensure products that will most positively impact the business and people affected by Parkinson’s are prioritised.

• Manage the roadmap and supporting backlog for the BAU Salesforce platforms (NPSP)

• Line manage, coach and develop systems administrators and provide hands on support where needed.

• Create the documentation necessary to facilitate change and to add clarity to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

What you’ll bring

• Certified Salesforce Administrator is essential. Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Consultant, BA, App builder, Developer) are beneficial. 

• Extensive experience in leading technology transformation initiatives, including product development, user experience, and system integration. 

• Proven ability to manage complex technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact. 

• Practical understanding of Salesforce NPC, Service Cloud and NonProfit Success Pack.

• Experience with designing, testing, implementing, debugging, and supporting Salesforce integrations, APIs and applications.
