The opportunity:
You will play an important role in Better Society Capital’s digital and investment operations, helping ensure that our investment data is complete, accurate, and ready to support decision-making across the organisation. As an Investment Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing and improving the quality of BSC’s investment data, both historical and ongoing, through careful review of fund documentation and the systematic entry and validation of information.
This is a detail-oriented role that requires an ability to gain a strong understanding of financial and investment concepts, combined with precision and rigour in data handling. You will work closely with colleagues in the Middle Office and Investment functions to improve and maintain our investment datasets, supporting a range of internal and external reporting needs. Your work will form the foundation for data analysis, portfolio monitoring, and strategic insight across the organisation.

What you will do:
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of investment data within BSC’s systems and databases, ensuring information is complete, reliable, and consistently structured.
Core Responsibilities

Data Entry and Validation: Maintain core investment data, by inputting new investment data accurately into BSC’s systems (e.g. Salesforce and Excel), ensuring that records are complete, consistent, and up to date.

Document Review: Extract relevant data points from a range of fund documentation (e.g. investment agreements, fund reports, and financial statements), applying financial knowledge to identify and interpret the correct information.

Data Cleaning and Migration: Review, clean, and standardise historical investment data to align with current data models and reporting structures.

Research and Data Sourcing: Conduct desk-based research to identify and input publicly available data for funds, intermediaries, and investees (e.g. company information, financial figures, impact data).

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data; support the implementation of data quality standards and validation processes.

Collaboration and Support: Work with colleagues in the Middle Office and Investment functions to clarify data definitions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure a shared understanding of investment information.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation on data definitions, sources, and processes, contributing to a consistent and transparent data environment.

About the role
You’ll be working on IG digital fundraising campaigns and improvement projects, leading this strategic area of fundraising, to engage and inspire people to donate. And you’ll make it as easy as possible for supporters to choose the way they want to give. You’ll be part of a team that champions and supports each other, and is innovative in a changing fundraising and external environment to achieve our annual income target of over £5 million.
As a team, we use analysis and insight to deliver a variety of direct marketing activities that recruit new donors and ensure everyone can see the impact of their kind contribution.
In this role, you will manage digital fundraising operations projects to optimise and improve digital fundraising content and journeys. When opportunities arise, you will lead on digital fundraising campaigns to acquire and retain new supporters and provide the best possible online experience.

Support the Individual Giving Manager (IGM) to help set strategic objectives, monitor income and expenditure using data analysis to inform and improve the individual giving programme

Plan, create and manage digital IG fundraising campaigns and lead the digital fundraising strategic area within IG to maximise income

Work with the Individual Giving Officers (IGO), delegating work as appropriate and championing their personal development. There may be an opportunity to line manage an Individual Giving Officer in the future

Use digital tools such as email marketing platforms, digital acquisition platforms, website analytic tools and google sheets to manage insight-led journeys, communications, and to analyse basic performance data to inform and improve decisions from acquisition to conversion

Integrate the IG digital fundraising programme into Fundraising & Experience Directorate activities and support the overall Parkinson’s UK strategic plan

Currently undergoing a significant period of refocus and transition, the Foundation is looking for an experienced Board Support Executive to offer comprehensive and wide ranging administrative and logistical support to the Board of Trustees and the leadership team. Programme Coordinator

This role will work at the heart of NEF’s major programmes, supporting the team to turn bold ideas, robust research and community power into real-world change to build a new economy that works for people and planet.
The role will primarily support the delivery of NEF’s major programmes including Homes for Us and Reclaiming our Regional Economies (RORE). Homes for Us is an alliance made up of grassroots groups, tenants unions and charities. It enables different parts of the housing movement to campaign and work together. Similarly, RORE works with leading new economy organistations, local communities and regional and local authorities to transform regional economies.
In supporting these programmes you would be helping communities and social movements to win lasting and systemic change.

About the role
The counselling role will be joining Galop’s free-at-point-of-use counselling service, providing a range of therapeutic support for LGBT survivors of abuse and violence. The service works to address the barriers to counselling that some LGBT people experience and provides a safe, confidential and affirmative service for our clients.
You should have experience working in a counselling setting in the voluntary sector, and have a knowledge of the way the voluntary sector interacts with safeguarding and criminal justice frameworks. We will support you to use your developed empathy and insight to provide effective therapeutic interventions with LGBT individuals of all ages.
You will join a developing team with a commitment to respecting the strengths and coping strategies of victims and survivors of abuse, alongside identifying and mitigating needs and risks (including those that are internal, external, and relational).
You will carry a caseload of up to 10 clients, which reflects the complex emotional and psycho-social needs of our client group. To support you in your work we will provide you with clinical supervision, line management, and the infrastructure necessary to support contained contracted counselling sessions.
To ensure an accessible service you will be required to work some evenings/weekends dependent on client demand.
Location: Galop’s offices are in central London. The Galop therapeutic service will be delivered at Galop’s London office and online and so counsellors can work from the office, remotely or where possible a hybrid.

Hoxton Health helps hundreds of local people to manage long term conditions and stay mobile and independent as they age. We are seeking a new director for our calm and friendly complementary therapy clinic based in St Leonards community hospital.
About Us
Hoxton Health is a well-valued local charity, established over 30 years ago, providing low-cost complementary therapy treatments for older people and those with long term conditions. We fundraise and build partnerships to subsidise treatments, offering lower costs to older patients. Based in St Leonard’s Hospital in Hackney, our friendly team consists of independent practitioners delivering therapies through the week, two other part-time office staff, and a team of volunteers who run the reception.
What will you be doing?
The Centre Director is responsible for the management of all aspects of the organisation's operations and development – internally and externally.
This includes:
- Governance and strategy, including support for Trustee Board
- Oversee smooth running of the clinic
- Finance and fundraising
- Staff management
- Monitoring and evaluation of grant funding
- Development of new projects
- Partnership engagement with other agencies
The clinic is small but busy, with varied days and experiences. We foster a friendly and supportive environment for both our patients and team members. Leadership, guidance and inspiration for this must start with the Centre Director’s work and influence.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Production
- Lead end-to-end video production: from creative development and storyboarding to filming, editing and delivery:
- Planning and pre-production: Develop the project’s vision, create scripts, manage casting, scout locations, and secure necessary equipment and crew.
- Production: Manage the on-set activities, including the work of the camera crew, sound, and other staff, to ensure the shoot runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Post-production: Edit the footage and deliver the final video, ensuring it aligns with the project's goals and is delivered in the correct format, on time.
- Film on location at our Houses and events, capturing interviews, b-roll and live action.
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools (e.g. After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).
- Produce multiple versions of content tailored for different platforms: social media, YouTube, email, website, paid ads.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and tone across all video content, making sure all produced video content is on brand and follows content accessibility best practice.
- Continuously explore new video formats and trends to maximise reach and engagement.
- Work with colleagues in marketing, social media and digital content to help track video performance and apply learnings to future content.
- Use audience insights and performance data to inform video concepts and optimise content for engagement and fundraising outcomes.
- Act as an internal video content expert, own the video production priority schedule, and, using insights, interrogate internal briefs with confidence, where needed, to recommend the best approach.
Project Management
- Own the video production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
- Scope, plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Maintain a clear archive of raw footage, project files and final assets.
- Show good stewardship and take good care of all equipment. Take responsibility for the insurance renewals, equipment storage, footage archiving and document all existing footage.
Photography
- Manage internal photography requests: commission freelance photography and curate content for our owned and paid channels.
- In some cases, be able to deliver events and case studies photography.
Content Management
- Managing the development and implementation of our digital asset manager, Canto, including uploading and categorising content, quality control and producing portals for external access to content, as well as encouraging colleagues from across the Charity to use all it has to offer.
- Permissions and tracking: ensuring all content is tracked, including where last used, any restrictions for use, and consent from the content subjects.
- Maintaining all ‘expiry dates’ of materials, copyright restrictions, etc., and making sure content is removed from channels on applicable dates if appropriate.
- Have ownership of our assets management system, making sure all content is clearly tagged, linked to consent forms, well-organised and searchable.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand briefs, shape ideas and deliver video content that meets objectives.
- Build strong relationships with families, House teams and hospital partners to sensitively and authentically tell their stories.
- Manage approvals and feedback loops with internal stakeholders.
External Partners
- Brief and manage freelance videographers, editors, photographers and production agencies as needed.
- Oversee the production process, making sure the videos are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
- Oversee quality control and ensure external work aligns with our brand and standards.
Content Strategy & Channel Adaption
- Spot storytelling opportunities and proactively plan video content aligned with our organisational objectives.
- Work with relevant colleagues to align video content with campaign and channel strategies: social media, paid ads, email, website.
- Optimise content for each platform, ensuring technical specifications and audience expectations are met.
- Support SEO and accessibility best practice in video content.
Budget & Production Management
- Plan and manage the video production budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Track spend, process invoices and report on budget usage.
Holborn Venues are looking for a full time Events Co-ordinator to join a small team running a wide-ranging events programme within a unique listed building in Central London. The role is varied and includes setting up events spaces, liaising with customers and creating social media content. Evening and weekend work required on a rota basis.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content – all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in-house paid campaign activations. You’ll help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18–24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and will line manage the Social Media Manager, Content Manager, and Web and Email Manager, and will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You’ll be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, but we’ll provide plenty of notice for when you’re required to be in for these purposes.
This is a fixed term role for 8 months.
Duties & Responsibilities

Work with the Web and Email Manager to develop and deliver the annual website and email content plan, including an optimisation plan.

Work with the Social Media Manager to produce social first content year round, in line with the social media and content strategy.

Work with the Content Manager to produce best in class long form content and content creator partnerships.

Oversee in house paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with support from the Social Media Manager. Deliver training to the Social Media Manager to help them work towards activating these independently.

Oversee delivery of workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including producing, distributing, measuring, and retiring content.

Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Oversee capacity of the Content Team.

Line manage the Content Manager, Social Media Manager and Web and Email Manager.

Ownership of the Content Team budget and quarterly re-forecasting.

Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a management-level, content-focused role, for example a Content/Creative Lead, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing or Head of Content/Creative.

You will be responsible for:
- Channel management and reputation: you will manage daily content across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social platforms with a combined audience of nearly 800,000 followers.
- Social media strategy: you will also be responsible for the development of social media strategy for key campaign activity, e.g. Great Daffodil Appeal, National Day of Reflection, and brand campaigns, as well as ensuring social media is integrated into wider communications and marketing plans.
- Content creation: leading on content across our national channels, you will work with colleagues in the PR, Content and Creative teams to plan and develop daily content.
- Budget management and paid activity: you will lead on our organic paid strategy, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, and liaise with external agency on a weekly basis to review and refine our approach. You are the budget holder for this activity, including decision making to optimise best performing content and to maximise reach and engagement.
- Regional strategy: you will lead on our regional social media strategy reflecting our aim to become a place-based organisation, working with key stakeholders across the nations, to ensure our local presence is engaging, vibrant and complements our national activity.
