Job description

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is based in the Clinical Quality department and is responsible to the NMPA Audit Lead. You will be responsible in supporting the seamless execution of audit activities including efficiently coordinating clinical audit reports, sprint audits, governance meetings, website management, and data governance requirements

By contributing to the development of audit support for quality improvement and engaging stakeholders, including women and families, the Project Coordinator plays an important role in strengthening  the audit's impact on national maternity services.

About you

This position is well-suited to an organised and capable person who is looking to contribute to the improvement of maternity services, gaining project management experience in the healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • Confident in working with senior health care professionals in a variety of settings
  • Proven ability to provide efficient administrative support in a professional environment, including managing data, documents and correspondence with accuracy and discretion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Effective IT skills and confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Competent minute-taking and drafting skills
