Managing the Trust's investment portfolio of approximately £1.5 billion, the team aligns the portfolio with the Trust's environmental goals without compromising returns. They secure external debt for the Trust, finance most of the Trust's commercial and renewable energy projects, oversee day-to-day cash management, and are now starting to develop, often very innovative, strategies for accessing finance to support action on climate change and nature restoration initiatives.
