About you
We’re looking for a dynamic, field‑based Change Coach to play a key role in our frontline improvement programme, partnering with pet hospitals across the West and East Midlands. Your mission will be to ensure that new ways of working are not only delivered, but fully understood, adopted and sustained in everyday practice.
What you’ll be doing
As the vital link between central project teams and hospital colleagues, you will work closely with leaders, vets, nurses and support teams to plan and embed practical changes. You will provide hands‑on support before, during and after go‑live, using real‑time coaching, observation and adoption data to:

Reinforce new processes, tools and behaviours

Coach leaders and key influencers to build local capability

Identify and mitigate risks to long‑term sustainability

Capture insights and lessons learned to strengthen future rollouts

Act of as voice for the hospital teams, providing feedback and insights.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring proven experience in change delivery, operational coaching or transformation, ideally within multi‑site or frontline environments. You’ll have a strong, practical understanding of change management principles and how to apply them in busy, people‑focused settings.
This role suits someone who is energised by being out in the field, confident travelling regularly across sites and skilled at building trust, influencing others and communicating clearly at all levels.
This is a fixed term contract for 9 months and will be field‑based with regular travel across the West & East Midlands
