DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Coordination

Act as the first point of contact for Tour Managers, Agents and Artists, fielding initial production queries and questions about the venue, schedule etc.

Support the Director, Music Programmer and Technical team in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships and clear communication channels with artists, partners, promoters, producers and other ICA departments.

Be responsible for coordinating and communicating all pre-production and delivery requirements with in-house departments including Finance, Operations and Visitor Services, Technical, Marketing and Communications. About the role
The Media Manager will be responsible for taking charge of the ITF’s global media strategy. We are looking for an experienced media relations professional who can further enhance and solidify ITF’s reputation as the global voice of transport workers and as an authoritative voice in the transport industry and global trade union movement.
We’re seeking an experienced media relations manager, preferably with international experience and with established media relationships amongst leading international media.
You will be part of team responsible for delivering solidarity and support to local, national and global disputes, building communications that reinforce the critical role transport workers play, developing strategies to support union-led policies on everything from health and safety to sustainability, and raising the volume on the global struggle to advance the rights and equalities of the world’s transport workers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and evaluate new funding opportunities from trusts, foundations, and other grant funders, maintaining a 12-month funding calendar.

As the Institute’s Fundraising Manager you will play a pivotal role in securing the financial resources necessary to support the Institute’s strategic initiatives and operations, as well as maintaining the relationships and communities that drive long term funding. Working closely with the Institute’s Executive Leadership and board, you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy from mixed funding sources – government, philanthropic and corporate - engaging with funders, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders to maximise funding opportunities.

The award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional membership body for musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000 the ISM is known for its campaigning work as well as services to musicians ranging from legal support and representation to counselling and professional development.
The ISM is now looking for a Knowledge Hub & Resources Manager who will create, manage and deliver the ISM Group’s resources and professional development offering across a range of platforms including digital and print. This is a key part of what the ISM offers to its members and the wider music sector and it is vital that resources are relevant and of the highest quality. You will be an excellent writer and a brilliant communicator of sometimes complex information with a lively interest in all things which affect the lives of musicians.
