Job Summary

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.

In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.

You will:

· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.

· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.

· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.

· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.

· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.

The role requires:                             

· A strong commitment to supporting ADHD/Autistic adults to improve quality of life and self-advocacy.

· Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to adapt to different communication preferences.

· Excellent organisation and record-keeping.

· Confidence in group facilitation and delivering training.

· Ability to collaborate across health, social care, education, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities – Supporting ADHD/ Autistic Adults

Providing individualised task-based support

· Provide one-to-one ad hoc, tailored support for pre-and post-diagnosis (with the support to be co-produced by the service user). This support may include, but is not limited to:

· Practical support with communication or executive functioning tasks and activities such as making calls, form filling, applying for benefits, and planning their week.

· Working within a “help you to do it” model, encouraging skill building and self-advocacy.

· Support with applications for further education and employment

· Maintain and update our public-facing ADHD Resource Board, and foster relationships with other support organisations to strengthen our signposting and referral pathways.

Facilitate Support Groups

· Facilitate twice-monthly ADHD Groups.

· Facilitate Parent and Carers Support group.

· Facilitate monthly pre-diagnosis support group.

· Facilitate Coffee Connect social group for ADHD and autistic adults.

· Facilitate quarterly Professional Connect Forum.

· When agreed in advance with manager provide cover for other colleagues’ projects.

Facilitate Courses and Workshops

· Deliver a 6-week Understanding my ADHD Course for newly diagnosed ADHD adults.

Front of house support and referrals process

The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.

SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.

CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication. 

Other Responsibilities  - Wider support

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.

· Represent CAAS by attending relevant meetings to ensure active links with local authority and voluntary sector partners.

· Stay informed about national and local developments related to ADHD/autistic adults, identifying opportunities to raise awareness and influence the development of appropriate services and support.

· Contribute to the development and delivery of training for professionals and the community by:

· Using inclusive, evidence-based language and approaches

· Tailoring content to meet the needs of different audiences

· Supporting outreach and promotion of CAAS’s training offer related to ADHD and autism in adults

Other Responsibilities  - Organisational

· To create resources and content to be used within our adult services by clients and colleagues.

· To provide written reports as required by professional agencies and CAAS.

· Assist in promoting the organisation’s services.

· Attend regular supervision and training sessions.

· Ensure project monitoring and reporting requirements are met.

· Provide regular progress reports to the Adult Service Manager/Lead.

· To comply with such policies/procedures, guidelines and codes of practice as laid down by CAAS and the Law.

Background Information and Purpose of Post

As part of our ambitious plans to significantly increase private fundraising, we are looking for a new strategic direction in securing relationships with and income from high-net-worth individuals.

The Philanthropy Specialist at Humanity & Inclusion UK is a new senior fundraising position with responsibility for planning, identifying, cultivating, and managing major donor relationships to secure significant funding, in line with the new global Major Giving Strategy 2026 - 2030.

The purpose of the post is to:

· Develop and deliver HI UK’s strategy for high-net-worth individuals.

· Lead on the new Capital Campaign, 2026-2030, for HI UK.

· Work closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and family foundations to develop high-value philanthropic partnerships and ensure sustained, long-term support.

· Secure five- and six-figure major gifts from a diverse and sustainable base of major donors.

· Develop your own prospect pipeline and provide excellent cultivation of your prospects to produce committed, long-term donors.

· Manage existing partnerships and donors to a high standard.

· Report to and collaborate with the Global Specialist in Major Giving (based in the UK) on the delivery and implementation of your own ambitious philanthropy strategy for HI UK, in line with UK and Federation priorities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

You will have responsibility for developing a new strategy for high-net-worth individual support and you will lead the delivery of this strategy to secure high-value philanthropic partnerships under the responsibility of the Global Specialist in Major Giving.

Capital Campaign

Our new Capital Campaign will be an invaluable tool for you in developing funding from high-net-worth individuals in the UK. You will lead on its launch and recruit a Campaign Committee, stewarding them to deliver results.

Relationship Management

You will lead on the development and stewardship of long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and family foundations.

Income Growth

You will drive the growth of an existing pipeline of high-net-worth individuals and develop this pipeline with new supporters from our individual giving stream and philanthropists who are new to HI, to secure significant gifts.

Collaboration

You will work closely with HI's Global Specialist in Major Giving, HI UK Trustees, our Federal Major Giving team, and international colleagues, to develop compelling proposals and provide timely impact reporting.

Stewardship

You will ensure exceptional donor stewardship and provide a high-quality experience for supporters at every stage of engagement.

Cultivation events

You will initiate and run high quality cultivation events for your donors and prospects, to form part of their stewardship journey.

Data Management

You will accurately manage donor records, communications, and reporting through our CRM.

Other duties

· Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with HI UK colleagues, the Federal fundraising and communication teams, and Major Giving counterparts in other HI national associations in Europe and North America.

· Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and high standards.

· Keep up-to-date and adhere to any changes in legislation, regulatory procedures, innovation, best practice and industry standards in relation to private fundraising.

· Any other activities commensurate with the level of the post, as may be required by the Global Specialist in Major Giving.

Youth engagement: Finally, you will oversee YCF’s youth engagement, via the following areas:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Assistant to join our friendly Helpdesk team in supporting our engaged community of publishing grantmakers and data users.

Join the award-winning Moving Medicine team, led by the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK. We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead two impactful patient-centred physical activity projects.

About the role:

Moving Medicine is an award-winning initiative of the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine UK (FSEM) aimed at improving health through physical activity. It provides healthcare professionals with practical tools and evidence-based resources to promote physical activity in clinical practice. Moving Medicine is our free, award-winning initiative, designed to provide clinicians and allied health professionals with accessible, evidence based, condition specific information to help give advice on physical activity at all stages of a patient’s treatment pathway.

We are expanding our impact through the development of additional Moving Medicine resources for patients. This role will include project managing two large, interlinked projects, with time split across both:

One project is in conjunction with Nuffield Health, the project funders, will initially focus on publishing the newly built Moving Medicine Everyone website (due for publication in November 2025) and accompanying educational resources. The Project Manager will work closely with Moving Medicine clinicians, healthcare partners, stakeholders, and academic collaborators. A key aspect of this role will be to coordinate stakeholder engagement, facilitate collaborative input from academic and clinical experts, and support the demonstration of social impact through evaluation and dissemination activities. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning the project with strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.

The other project, Moving Together, is a national collaborative initiative led by the FSEM in partnership with Active Partnerships National Office and funded by Sport England (National Lottery). The project is building a broad cross-sector network and aims to empower people with long-term health conditions to access physical activity by removing barriers, developing evidence-based frameworks, training resources, and governance structures that enable consistent, safe, and effective physical activity conversations across sectors and systems. Working closely with clinicians, patients, policymakers, and professional bodies, Moving Together connects national standards with local implementation, supporting workforce development, data-driven evaluation, and sustainable behaviour change to improve population health and reduce inequalities.

The Project Manager will split their time across both projects, which are closely connected in their goals and approach, and will play a key role in ensuring alignment and synergy between them. This includes supporting shared stakeholders, integrating learning and resources, and contributing to a unified strategy for improving physical activity access and outcomes for patients.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in both winning new multi-year partnerships and stewarding existing relationships to deliver long-term impact. You'll be part of a team that's passionate, ambitious, and driven by purpose.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting compelling, costed proposals aligned with the Trust's strategic priorities
• Representing the Trust externally - networking, speaking, and building visibility
• Build and manage a targeted pipeline through targeted research, driving lead conversion and increase in strategic partnerships
• Managing key accounts with creativity and professionalism
• Collaborating across teams - from Marketing to Delivery to Content & Impact

ABOUT THE ROLE

Role Overview

The Communications Executive will co-ordinate and contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimisation of marketing; and internal and corporate communication. This will range from attraction campaigns, public relations, school partners and the internal engagement calendar and events.

The role will co-ordinate production of communications for target audiences from beginning to end – from planning, writing, and editing of copy to measuring effectiveness of communications. In addition, the role will have responsibility for the Now Teach website.

In this role you will...

• Manage and create content across our channels, including social media, email and internal communication channels.
• Create and maintain an annual content plan to engage our applicants and career changers in our Network.
• Write and produce interesting and engaging articles, social media content, monthly newsletters, marketing emails and webpages that help people consider career change to teaching.
• Oversee the website, evaluate and manage website performance, and develop, maintain, and update website content.
• Creatively drive our social media channels and blogs, significantly increasing engagement and followers.
• Research topics and conduct interviews to write blog articles and create other content.
• Make sure content planning is informed by audience insight, finding out what topics resonate for applicants and career changers in our Network.
• Build relationships with Now Teach’s career-changers and the Programme team that supports them, enabling you to understand the experience of career changers, identify remarkable stories and find the right person to tell them.
• Take responsibility for organising and promoting our attraction/public affairs events to meet sign-up and attendance targets.
• Monitor content to see how audiences respond, refine, and innovate to improve engagement.
• Work with third parties to deliver projects, including copywriting, photos, design, and film.
• Support the PR Specialist, sourcing case studies and helping identify opportunities.
• Identify and test good practice to make our communications effective and industry leading.
• Support Now Teach’s internal and Network communications.
• Support fundraising and external stakeholder communications.

Hybrid Working 

Key Responsibilities of the Service Charge Analyst:

• Set, review, and issue timely and accurate service charge accounts. Ensure all charges are strictly compliant with leases, tenancy agreements

• Prepare detailed annual service charge budgets, with year-on-year improvement in the accuracy of budget setting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy. 

•  Act as the primary point of contact for complex service charge enquiries and complaints

• Work closely with Finance teams to align service charge estimates with rent setting

• Produce accurate year-end accounts and work effectively with external auditors to resolve queries. 

You will have:

• A proven background in Service charges, from year end reconciliations to preparing annual statements of accounts as well as service charge estimates whilst successfully delivering fixed and variable service charges.

• An understanding of the Service Charge legislations, and the ability to interpret residential/commercial leases and tenancy agreements.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting complex matters for a wide variety of audiences, including residents and regional colleagues.

About the opportunity

As Property and Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our London office operations, ensuring it's safe, compliant, and a genuinely great place to work. This is a hands-on role within our Finance & Assurance directorate, based at our London office, where you'll work alongside the Property & Facilities Manager to deliver workplace environments that support our colleagues to make a real difference. You'll also provide support to our wider office portfolio, with occasional visits to other sites a couple of times a month.

You'll be the go-to person for everything from statutory compliance and health and safety coordination to managing contractors, overseeing office projects, and ensuring our spaces run smoothly day-to-day. Whether it's conducting site audits, coordinating first aiders and fire wardens, managing building inductions, or problem-solving reactive maintenance issues, you'll bring energy, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

While based in London, this role involves occasional travel to our other offices, giving you the opportunity to build relationships with colleagues and local teams across the Society. You'll work collaboratively with facilities management contractors, landlords, internal teams, and stakeholders at every level to keep our buildings safe, efficient, and welcoming.

About you

You're an organised, proactive professional with facilities management experience who thrives on variety and takes pride in getting things done. You understand that great workplaces don't just happen. They're the result of attention to detail, planning, compliance, and genuine care for the people who use them.

You'll have:

- Facilities management experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements and building compliance.
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating maintenance (both planned and reactive).

- Confidence working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our other offices across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

- Supporting the Property & Facilities Manager to deliver safe, compliant, and inspiring workplaces across our office portfolio.
- Coordinating statutory compliance, health and safety tasks, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

- Conducting regular site audits and maintaining accurate asset registers.
