FEAT is a non-profit organisation campaigning for secure, promoter-authorised ticket resale across Europe. We represent live event professionals who promote some of the biggest names in music.

Since launching in 2019, we’ve helped to secure key provisions in EU law to regulate ticket resale, spoken at the European Parliament, developed reporting systems for illegal ticket listings, and published best practice guides for the sector. 2026 is a pivotal year for us as we work to ensure that ticket resale is considered as part of the EU’s upcoming Digital Fairness Act and other legislation. 

FEAT is operated by the music business communications consultancy, Name PR. As part of a small team, you would take on the role of FEAT’s Campaign Coordinator to help run our day-to-day operations and progress our work on regulation, enforcement and best practice. 

Based in London, the role is full-time, with occasional overtime required around visits to the European Parliament in Brussels, conferences and events.

Responsibilities 

• Drafting position papers, consultation responses, and open letters in collaboration with the Director. You will help launch public campaigns and guides to shape the future of EU ticket resale.

• Develop a deep understanding of EU digital and consumer regulation, staying ahead of legislative changes, relevant legal cases and news.

• Build and maintain relationships with EU policymakers, stakeholders and partner associations.

• Learn about media relations, writing press releases and pitching.

• Keep our members informed through regular updates, emails, and by helping organise our Annual General Meeting (AGM), usually taking place in Barcelona.

• Attend national and international events across the EU (approximately every 3-6 months).

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining FEAT’s internal documentation.

• Manage FEAT’s online presence including website and social media.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a public affairs, policy or legal role.

ISEAL is looking for an experienced events professional to manage a range of in person and virtual events for its global stakeholder base. This is an exciting role for someone with a strong track record in organising events of differing sizes for in-person, online, and hybrid audiences, and who is interested in sustainability.

Events are a vital part of ISEAL’s work to communicate with, influence, and engage our key stakeholder groups, including policy makers, multilateral organisations, donors, companies, NGOs, producers, and, of course, ISEAL’s own members. To support these aims, ISEAL hosts at least one major public forum, conference or symposium each year. In 2026, this will be a Global Sustainability Symposium and will take place in Accra, Ghana in June with around 200-300 participants. Additionally, ISEAL organises Members´ Week, an annual multi-day event for ISEAL Community Members that typically attracts 60-100 participants per day.

With support from the Events Coordinator, the Associate Manager will be responsible for all aspects of event management for the events described above. The role will also work closely with ISEAL programme teams and senior colleagues to coordinate the development of event agendas, content and sessions.

In addition, ISEAL’s events programme includes a range of smaller workshops and roundtables, both in Europe and in other locations, including China, India, Ghana, Indonesia, and Latin America. ISEAL also runs a busy webinar programme. The Associate Manager will work with senior colleagues to agree the level of support given by the Events Team to each of these smaller events/event series. While the Events Team is not expected to directly organise every event, the Associate Manager will also maintain and develop event planning resources, and guidance to support the organisation to consistently deliver high-quality events.

To succeed in this role, you will have significant existing experience in organising events, ideally including international events for high-profile audiences. Given the range of international events, you will also have a sensitive approach to cultural diversity and, ideally, some additional language skills. This role is responsible for line managing the Events Coordinator.

The key responsibilities we entrust you with

Event management

• Manage the production and delivery of in person and virtual events, with a particular focus on sustainable event delivery
• Implement project management processes to deliver on events, including developing work-back plans and RACI charts, organising and chairing planning meetings, and leading on internal communications
• Lead supplier selection for in person events, collating requirements, researching venues, completing contracting with venue and major suppliers, and communicating event needs to all suppliers
• Coordinate promotion and outreach for events, working closely with the Communications and Membership teams to promote events across all relevant channels
• Oversee registration for events, setting up and monitoring relevant systems & provide internal updates
• Collaborate with senior and programme staff to develop event agendas and content, organising and chairing content meetings, drawing up session schedules and ensuring logistical requirements are met
• Prepare written event materials and other collateral, including web copy, programmes, invitations and participant communications, feedback surveys, travel reimbursement policies and other documents
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees, speakers, and staff involved with events, acting as an advocate for attendee experience
• Deliver internal briefings for staff in the lead up to events and create staffing plans to ensure smooth delivery on the day
• Carry out risk assessments and lead on contingency planning for events
• Track budgets, liaising with budget holders and coordinating with ISEAL finance team about invoicing and reimbursement
• Manage events follow-up such as feedback survey analysis, preparation of post-event materials and reports, and internal evaluation meetings/surveys
• Monitor and report on the environmental impact of events, including waste and GHG emissions, using these learnings to improve event sustainability wherever possible

Event strategy, guidance, policies, and procedures

• Contribute to developing the annual event schedule, including making recommendations based on the event team’s capacity and referring to ISEAL’s strategic objectives
• Maintain and develop event planning guidance, templates, tools, systems, and other resources
• Support the Events & Engagement Manager to maintain and develop event-related policies, including the Event Code of Conduct and the Event Sustainability Policy
• Organise data and maintain relevant mailing lists, including updating contact and attendance records
• Maintain an updated list of venue choices that have high sustainability credentials in key cities where ISEAL may wish to hold small and large events

Other

• Line manage Events Coordinator, and oversee their development and growth, identifying appropriate learning and development opportunities
• Supervise contributions of other assistants and coordinators to event planning and delivery
• Participate actively in team and organisational planning and activities
• Participate in internal staff management processes such as performance reviews, supervisory meetings
• Be a collaborative and effective team member, liaising with colleagues at all levels across organisation

Essential attributes / skills / knowledge

• Track record of working on large in-person professional events, ideally in an international setting
• Strong interest, and ideally experience, in delivering sustainable or “green” meetings and events
• Strong project management skills, with an ability to comfortably juggle a number of different deliverables and deadlines at any given time
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others (via e-mail, Teams, phone and in person)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to high standards, with attention to detail
• Capable of taking initiative to take action and solve problems within an agreed scope
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote, international environment, including regular international time-zone calls

Working closely with a Steering Group of senior staff and expert volunteers, you’ll coordinate the modular Christian Environmental Mobilisers (CEMs) course, from helping refine course modules, liaising with expert contributors and ensuring course promotion through A Rocha’s communications, to managing participant registration, scheduling online learning sessions, and helping evaluate impact. Scope of role

The Administration Coordinator provides crucial support to the Mental Health Crisis Breathing Space (MHCBS) team by managing administrative processes efficiently. Key working relationships

The postholder will report to the MHCBS Advice Manager and will work closely with other members of the MHCBS team. There will be regular communication with internal colleagues and external stakeholders such as creditors, mental health professionals, and referral agencies.

• Coordinate team inboxes and triage emails to appropriate team members or stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses within SLAs – handling routine enquiries as standard and more complex enquiries as directed.

From Me to You is an inspiring charity dedicated to alleviating loneliness and isolation for people living with cancer. We make connections for people living with cancer through the simple, powerful act of letter writing easing loneliness and bringing comfort, hope and human connection, one letter at a time.  Each year thousands of anonymous letters are collated by our team of volunteers and then given to patients at home, in hospitals or cancer centres by nurses and our charity partners. Recent feedback showed that 93% of our letter recipients reported that the letters lifted their mood and a quarter said that they made them feel less alone, with 80% saying that our letters made them feel cared for. Our work is powered by a passionate community of volunteers, in 2025 with their help we processed over 17,000 letters from all over the world, delivering them to cancer patients throughout the UK. 

Our Donate a Letter programme supports our 2,500+ Volunteer Letter Writers to contribute anonymous letters, some people write a couple of letters a year, others one a week. These letters are all delivered to our PO Box in Ascot. They are then sorted, read and processed by our wonderful team of local Donate a Letter Volunteers. These volunteers also then repackaged and redistributed the suitable letters to cancer patients through our partnership with hospitals, cancer centres and other charities that act as distribution partners. 

About the Role

We are seeking an organised and people-focused Volunteer Coordinator to manage and support our volunteer network. The role involves overseeing our Community Ambassadors based across the UK who support the charity through fundraising, awareness and community activities, as well as a core team of volunteers (based in Ascot) who process our donated letters by reading, filtering, packaging, and posting them to recipients. This is a key role ensuring our volunteers feel supported, informed, and motivated, while helping the charity operate smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Volunteer Management

• Coordinate and support a team of Community Ambassadors

• Manage the core volunteer team responsible for letter processing in the Ascot area.

• Act as the main point of contact for volunteers, responding to queries and providing guidance

• Help recruit, onboard, and train new volunteers as needed.

• Implement process improvements to make operation scalable.

Operations & Safeguarding

• Oversee the letter processing workflow: reading, filtering, packaging, and posting

• Ensure volunteers follow charity guidelines, safeguarding policies, and data protection requirements

Communication & Engagement

• Maintain regular communication with volunteers to keep them engaged and informed

Administration

• Keep volunteer records up to date

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food and community to be a part of FoodCycle’s after-school community meal projects.As Schools Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver weekly family meals at your allocated schools in London (2-3 evenings per week) as well as coordinate all aspects of the projects, from volunteer management to food surplus supply.​

Our after-school community meals will be spaces where families of school children can gather at the end of the school day to enjoy a free nutritious meal and be among the school community. With the support of our National Schools & Franchise Manager you will manage local relationships with schools, community partners, supermarkets and volunteer recruitment channels to enable our meals to happen each week.​

You will have experience of working with primary school-aged children or families, in school or other setting. You will also have experience in hospitality or food businesses. You will use your excellent communication skills to manage volunteers and ensure the safe and effective running of our meals and positive relationships with school families.​

There will be frequent travel within London, with evening work required. Our school community meals are accessible by public transport.​

DataKind UK is a small infrastructure charity with a vision of a strong, thriving third sector that embraces data science to become more impactful. Working hours and location

This role will ideally be hybrid / London-based. We can currently provide London office space on Mondays (Victoria), Thursdays (Shoreditch) and Fridays (Victoria). About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Finance Coordinator to support the Finance team to fulfil day-to-day objectives and help the wider organisation to deliver the goals set out in Join the Club 2021-2026 and beyond.

The Finance Coordinator position will report to the Finance Manager. The role will manage a varied workload that includes checking and approving expenses, bank reconciliations, purchase invoices, maintaining purchase orders, support credit control, managing the Finance inbox and phone, responding to staff and supplier queries and supporting the Finance team with the departmental targets. The role requires an enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail and good interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will champion the charity’s values and embody them in interactions with colleagues and external stakeholders. To ensure excellent working relationships are maintained, they will be effective communicators with staff and external stakeholders. They will continually improve in their areas of responsibility, looking at how the Finance department can be more efficient and implementing new ideas. They will be positive and proactive, with a commitment to delivering excellent standards.

While this role can be based in our London or Leeds offices, some travel will be required to London for events and to attend in-person meetings.
