Not only should you be driven to work on the most complex projects in the organisation, you should feel comfortable supporting and training colleagues in project techniques to improve general efficiency.
As a Change Manager, you will be part of a central PMO, but will be expected to work across the organisation as we deliver St Mungo’s Transformation Programme.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of leading and managing large and/or complex change programmes, particularly involving structural, operational and process change.
Proven success of working with all levels of management and leading and influencing teams of people (directly and indirectly), ideally within a Transformation and/or Business Change environment will be key.
To be successful in this role, you will also have;
- Strong people skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of digital technologies used in internal communications
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to apply skills and experience to St Mungo’s context and deliver change communications that are appropriate as well as effective
- Demonstrable experience or qualification in a recognised change management technique (PROSCI, ADKAR) - If not, then ability and commitment to gain a qualification as part of performance management will be considered
- The ability to consult, draft materials, and deliver training on change management tools and techniques as requested by the Transformation Programme Manager

This unique position will contribute to the strategic development of the charity, allowing the right individual to bring expertise from previous roles to expand external partnerships and influence. Keychange is a Christian Charity working in elderly social care and homeless communities. Keychange provides care, support, development, and well-being services across nine sites in England, consisting of seven residential Care Homes for older people and two Housing Communities for young people, with an additional housing site in development. Our office in London provides a support function of central services to our communities to enable them to operate at the most effective level with a focus on delivering quality care and support.
The Director of Strategic Partnerships reports to the CEO and is a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) along with the Director of Finance, the Director of Operations and Facilities Business Manager. The SLT is responsible for the leadership, culture and oversight of Keychange in the Central Office and Community Sites.
Key focus of this role:
- Driving external partnership growth, including instigating national and local partnerships

St Mungo’s has embarked on an exciting period of change. We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who can join us as a Business Analyst. You will support us in improving the quality, efficiency, and usability of our systems and processes.
Becoming part of our change programme, you will be based in the Transformation team, but will be expected to work with colleagues across the organisation, particularly IT.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be confident performing business analysis on assigned projects. Communication is also key in this role as you will be ensuring that business needs are clearly articulated and shared with IT and Transformation whilst providing translation of technical and business language for wider understanding.
You will build and maintain stakeholder relationships within relevant teams, especially project teams, supporting teams throughout planning, implementation, and development and design phases of projects. This will include performing requirements management and ensure that governance milestones are properly met.
To be successful in this role, you will;
- Be highly efficient with strong attention to detail
- Understand working in a mission-based organisation
- Have some relevant experience and/or qualifications (Green Belt Six Sigma or other related qualifications)
- Be able to translate technical information for non-technical users
- Be an effective communicator with strong report writing skills and not afraid to call out risks and/or failing performance
- Consult, draft materials, and deliver training on business analysis tools and techniques as requested by the Transformation Programme Manager
- Be a team player able to work effectively within and across teams

The role:
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Property and Development will oversee the provision of high-quality asset management and repair services in-line with PBHA values and strategic objectives. Working closely with the Director of Services, the successful candidate will aid in the identification, management and acquisition of opportunities that will enable PBHA’s strategic growth. The role will help to ensure that PBHA’s work, and homes, meet building standards, health and safety obligations, regulatory framework, and will always provide a high-quality service to PBHA tenants.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Spearhead line-management of PBHA’s Property and Development Team through performance management and handling employee relations issues if necessary.
- Organise and coordinate work programmes.
- Lead Housing Development programmes ensuring compliance with building standards, health and safety and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, induction and onboarding of team members.
- Participate in on-call rota and respond appropriately to out of hours incidents.
- Provide strategic and operational direction to enhance the long-term management and investment objectives of the property portfolio.
- Ensure PBHA’s assets are surveyed and data records are established and upheld to monitor property condition.
- Oversee and manage stock improvement and maintenance programmes, ensuring that they meet service standards and agreed budgets.
- As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, present to Board and Services Committee, offering recommendations in accordance with the Asset Management Strategy.
- Develop high quality policies, procedures and systems relating to Property and Development Service.
- Advise tenants and other PBHA teams on strategy and future policy implementation.
- Propose appropriate partnership development opportunities to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, collating information for monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics.
- Respond proactively to complaints regarding services, staff and contractors.
- Develop and implement new procedures in response to legislation changes and emerging best practice.
- Aid team in creating and maintaining good working relations with landlords, contractors and professional consultants.
Person specification:
- Experience delivering and improving Repairs and Maintenance Service, preferably for a Registered Provider or Charity.
- Substantial project or change management experience.
- Experience developing specifications for property related tenders and managing contracts.
- Revenue and Capital Budgets experience.
- Staff management experience.
- Building related qualification and professional body membership, e.g. RCIS/MCIOB, degree or HND in building management.
- Knowledge of project management, e.g. PRINCE 2/APM Techniques.
- Experience of housing development issues, funding, approaches and financing.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Prioritisation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong IT and data management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Communication skills, specifically with stakeholders.

Board Member Finance / Environmental / IT
UK Remote with occasional in person meetings

Due to three of our client's current Board members stepping down from their positions following completion of their six-year terms, they are looking to fill three vacancies on their Board with individuals who can strengthen their existing skills-based Board by bringing high level knowledge and experience in one or more of the below key areas:
- Treasury and Corporate Finance (strategy and funding options)
- Environmental (green agenda / achieving net zero carbon)
- Strategic IT and Data (using data effectively)
The successful applicant will be a member of their Board and a member of one or more of the following committees:
- Audit and Risk
- Board Effectiveness and People
- Customer Assurance
The successful applicants will be appointed at the July Board meeting however term of office will commence in September 2024. The Board typically meet online however there are approximately four in person meetings a year, which also include overnight stays
As a full Board Member, the remuneration is £5,577 p.a. plus reasonable expenses.
