The Director of Strategic Partnerships reports to the CEO and is a part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) along with the Director of Finance, the Director of Operations and Facilities Business Manager. The SLT is responsible for the leadership, culture and oversight of Keychange in the Central Office and Community Sites.

- Driving external partnership growth, including instigating national and local partnerships

Essential Criteria
- Expertise in Multi-Sector Program Management: Demonstrated proficiency in assessing, designing, and managing projects across diverse sectors within complex settings. A track record of navigating the project cycle successfully and securing institutional funding from bilateral and multilateral donors.
- Exceptional Project Management Skills: Proven ability to excel in managing multifaceted tasks within challenging timelines. Prioritization prowess is key, consistently meeting deadlines amidst competing demands.
- Donor Relationship Management: Extensive experience cultivating and sustaining relations with institutional donors such as DFID/FCDO, EU/ECHO, and UN bodies. About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. If you are seeking a dynamic and engaging fundraising role which offers you the chance to play a pivotal role within a small but ambitious organisation, then this could be the job for you.
You will be an exemplary relationship builder and have experience in developing multi-faceted corporate partnerships (ideally with experience and success in employee engagement, corporate sponsorship, and/or operational partnerships).
The role also line manages the Senior Fundraising Officer post, a position that provides administrative and fundraising support across the whole fundraising team. Please note that we are a small team and so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help out team members and to support new business across other restricted income streams.
If you think you have the skills, qualities and drive to fulfil this role, but don’t meet all of the specifications, or perhaps you’ve gained your experience in (for example) commercial sales or within relationships management and are looking to move into development work, we would still welcome hearing from you. About this key role

GRT are looking for an experienced, passionate and delivery focused Finance Manager to join our team in Birmingham. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial one-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a have a genuine understanding of, and commitment to, the aims and values of the GRT to implement the financial policies whilst working to support our dynamic teams. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CEO.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing monthly management accounts, managing payroll operations, handling accounts payable and receivable, and preparing the annual budget.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that financial and accounting services adhere to legal standards and contribute to the smooth operation of GRT activities.
· Annually reviewing and updating of all finance related policies.

· Overseeing the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets in accordance with contractual and financial regulations.
· Overseeing all payments to suppliers and partner projects, including both local and international transactions.
· Generating month-end reports and quarterly project fund balances.
· Responding to bank inquiries and providing necessary information.
· Completing year-end QuickBooks reports for trustees and the accountant and addressing any inquiries they may have.
· Preparing for the year-end audit and managing inquiries from auditors.
· Concluding the year-end report and submitting it to the Charity Commission.
General Duties

· Excellent working knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar software.
· Up-to-date understanding of relevant charity and financial legislation, bookkeeping practices, accounting conventions, and best practices.
· Experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems.
· Strong numerical, analytical, and strategic skills, including database development and management.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills for presenting to various audiences, including non-financial specialists.
· Willingness to work variable hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
