Evaluation Manager

Location: Westminster, London (hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in office)
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Temporary (Until May 2026)
Rate: £22.05 per hour (+ holiday) (salaried equivalent £46,000 p/a)
Start Date: December

About the Role
Prospectus is proud to be assisting an independent, education-orientated charity in their search for a temporary Evaluation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking and/or supporting evaluations, particularly randomised controlled trials, quasi-experimental designs, and process evaluations.
• Acting as the main point of contact for evaluator panels to support delivery of high-quality research design.
• Commissioning evaluations of funded projects, including managing contracts and budgets.
• Monitoring and supporting research teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, as well as collaborating closely with the programs team.
• Ensuring published reports are of high quality and effectively communicate findings.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental designs, and innovative evaluation methods beyond randomised controlled trials.
• Recent experience in a relevant role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
• Confidence delivering and understanding of research methodology.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong soft professional skills, including communication and organisational ability.
