About the team
We have been successfully running the first ever national Peer Support Service for kinship carers in England for over two years since January 2022. We have created 145 peer support groups and supported and trained kinship carers to create and lead their groups in a way which meets their needs.
With a new contract from the Department for Education, we’re now entering a new phase of our service with a focus on:
- creating 90 new sustainable peer support groups in areas of most need over 21 months;
- sustaining and developing the current 145 existing groups, and;
- providing support and help to build a sustainable and welcoming community for all peer support groups across England.
About the role
The type of person we’re looking for:
This is a new a role and a new structure for the team. You will need to be a strong, boundaried manager and leader. You will understand the power of building relationship-focussed peer support groups and the importance of in person local community engagement and outreach.
The team you lead will focus on community outreach and relationship building to develop new groups and new support group leaders through to independence. By independence, we mean that the groups will function successfully without a staff member present.
We want groups to feel a sense of community and belonging through all support and services we offer at Kinship, so your team will be the local contact. They are expected to be out and about in communities.
Your team will need to build resilience through in person outreach, support, training and connection to ensure groups are able to function independently before moving to new ‘hub’ team who will provide centralised support and community building.
Your team will also reach out to existing groups (providing a face of the service and a relationship with it), ensuring they have the resources they need and support to sustain their group and then transition to the ‘hub’ team. This will include in person visits.
Purpose of the role:
The role of Programme Lead is to oversee and take accountability for the development and creation of new sustainable kinship peer support groups across England in priority areas as part of a new hub and spoke delivery model. In this context, your team is the ‘spoke’ of the service, delivering local outreach, online groups (where appropriate) and relationship building with kinship carers.
Managing a national team of seven staff (two direct line reports), you will provide firm leadership, ensuring targets and funder SLAs are met consistently and the service is delivered to a high quality. You will provide monthly reports, ensuring delivery is on track and most importantly that kinship carers have an excellent and positive experience.
Key responsibilities include:

As a deputy safeguarding lead at Kinship, you will work closely with other colleagues to identify areas of training for the organisation and identify improvements in delivery or processes.
Essential requirements include:
- Substantial experience in delivering a high-profile national service or programme. This includes overseeing delivery, operational planning, monitoring, budgeting, managing delivery and meeting KPIs.

We are looking for a talented fundraiser, with a background in the cultural sector to join the Gardens, Libraries & Museums (GLAM) Team within the Development and Alumni Engagement team of the University of Oxford.
You will be working with such iconic institutions as the Pitt Rivers Museum, the Oxford Botanic Gardens, the History of Science Museum and the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Administration
- General office and administrative duties to ensure effective service delivery
- Providing phone and email cover for the office
- Work with the various delivery teams to ensure effective inputting and collation of information and data with regular use of Excel, Word, bespoke databases and booking systems
- Regularly contact service users by telephone and email to help identify needs and signpost appropriately
- Prepare and dispatch information packs/activity programmes
- Monitor/order office stationery and equipment
- Maintain any paper records, cloud/server-based documents, filing and archiving etc
Programme Development & Delivery
- Working with the various teams to support the planning and coordination of events and fundraising
Health & Safety
- Promote safeguarding and the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults, contributing to InterAct’s safeguarding processes and staff responsibilities
- Adhere to organisational and service-specific policies, procedures and guidelines
General
- Operate in accordance with InterAct`s core values and to the highest professional standards

Role Overview:
The Talent Set is thrilled to be supporting a leading social welfare charity as they search for a Digital Coordinator to support them for an initial 6-month contract.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the website team to transfer content to their new websites. This will include reconstructing all website pages in their new CMS (Drupal) using page modules and components as well as uploading images and other assets, performing copy edits, building forms, and assisting in quality assurance for all content before it is published.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building articles, landing pages, and other content in the new CMS system.
- Creating new page layouts using CMS components and modules.
- Uploading digital assets like images, reports, PDFs, and videos to the CMS.
- Developing forms and coordinating with the Salesforce team for integration.
- Making necessary copy edits using content framework and guidelines.
- Implementing SEO improvements, including meta description updates.
- Ensuring assets are named correctly and accessible, including adding alt tags.
- Logging and reporting bugs or issues encountered during migration.
- Checking for broken links and redirects during migration.
- Adhering to website accessibility guidelines, UK GDPR, and DPA standards.

Person Specification:
- Experience using Drupal or similar CMS for content production.

About the role
This vital role takes on a portfolio of Christian Aid's events, leading on the planning, production and delivery of these including holding the responsibility of project management and logistics for Christian Aid's presence at the Greenbelt Festival. The role holder will work closely with the senior leadership team and others across the department sharing knowledge, best practice and expertise. They will plan and evaluate, and deliver engaging events across England and the devolved Nations.
About you
You will have knowledge and experience of successful event management and delivery of logistics. You are an practiced project manager with the ability to collaborate with the ability to influence, inspire, negotiate and build consensus at multiple levels. You are able to work cross-organisationally and have experience recruiting and managing volunteers.
