Our client provides a non-formal education and Learning framework encouraging young people to find their purpose, place and passion in the world. They work in more than 130 countries and territories, and their globally recognised accreditation is available to all 14- to 24-year-olds. The team now require a new Head of Philanthropy and Prospectus is delighted to lead the search.

The Head of Philanthropy is a fantastic and unique opportunity to lead a global major door programme within one of the world's most respected youth charities. You will be responsible for the strategic leadership and growth of the World Fellowship, the network of high value donors who are passionate and generous about enabling young people to discover their infinite potential. The role combines a healthy mix of strategic development, senior relationship management, and international fundraising at the five and six figure gift level.  

The selected candidate will have a proven track record of strategic philanthropy experience, who thrives on building powerful, trust-based relationships with HNWI supporters and senior stakeholders. You will have experience of securing gifts at the five and six figure level and will inspire others through a coaching, empowering style of fundraising leadership. You will be donor centred and will have evidence in your career of designing thoughtful, high-quality experiences that deepen commitment and drive long-term support.
