The Director of Development will architect and steer a complete fundraising strategy that amplifies the Theatres’ financial resilience and propels its strategic ambitions in line with the current Strategic Plan 2024-2029. The postholder will cultivate and deepen relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders including donors, sponsors and partners and will personally work with the Theatre’s most committed donors. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will innovate within fundraising campaigns and use their skills in major donor fundraising to expand the Theatre’s financial base.
The best person for this position will be able to demonstrate a track record of securing significant funding within the UK arts sector and will enjoy realising ambitious fundraising strategies that have advanced an organisation’s mission. You will have a history of leading fundraising teams and of working as a collaborative, compelling leadership voice across an organisation.

We are working with an amazing mission led organisation to support them in finding a great Help Desk Advisor. The role would see you using those great listening and problem solving skills, and supporting people in crisis, and vulnerable people.
You will be working in a hybrid way, with 2-3 days per week in the London office, working with other advisors so that you can support each other, and increase your learning. The role also home working for the remainder of the week, enabling great flexibility.
The role will see you managing multiple referrals at any one time. Your comfort in moving at pace from one conversation to another, whilst ensuring that the information that you provide is correct, and fully understood will be key. You will also be learning which cases to refer to other areas. There is great training in place, and the right candidate will be fully supported in getting up to speed in this hugely impactful role.

Prospectus are excited to be helping The Big House in their search for a Trusts Fundraising Manager. Through drama and individualised long-term support, The Big House help care leavers overcome traumas experienced in childhood so they can make the complex transition from looked-after child to independent adult. The Big House's main activities are: weekly drop-in drama and employment workshops and the 3-month Open House Project which runs twice yearly.

This permanent role pays a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience. This is a hybrid role in London.
The Trusts Fundraising Manager will be proactive in identifying and developing new and existing relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory bodies in order to generate income and work within the fundraising team to reach agreed income targets. You will develop and manage a realistic weighted pipeline of trusts and foundations income including the development of new multi-year and growth fund opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Trusts & Foundations funding, timescales and reporting requirements. You will have demonstrable experience of securing multi-year funding at the six-figure level.

They specifically make this a reality for children in northern Ghana where more than half of all families live in poverty and 1 in 15 children die before their 5th birthday.
This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis paying between £35,343 to £45,839 per annum with flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements at their London office.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, and part of a dynamic and ambitious fundraising team, the post holder will manage their institutional, trusts, and foundations funding portfolio. They will nurture relationships with existing funders to develop and maintain long-term giving, identify and research prospects, develop applications and help ensure their grant funders have a great experience partnering with AfriKids. The post holder will typically travel to northern Ghana once or twice a year to visit their projects and work directly with the AfriKids Ghana team.
They are looking for someone with a demonstrable experience and a track record of securing five and six grants from a range of funders, creating compelling proposals and managing a pipeline. They are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable experience of institutional, trust and foundation fundraising and knowledge of best practice fundraising techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in "international development", and in particular with an education / child rights focus.

Our client, a leading London university is looking to appoint a temporary Systems Administrator, to provide general ledger systems administration, including cost centres and hierarchies, and other standing data for their finance system, SunAccounts.
This is a full time hybrid role, with 2 days on site, running for 6-8 weeks in the first instance.
Other duties will include:
- Set-up and maintain expenses user accounts on the expenses management system and related creditor accounts on the core finance system.
- Maintain and create new staff user accounts and set access permissions on the procure-to-pay system.
- Set-up new user accounts for the central finance staff on SUN Accounts and Infor Vision Q&A reporting tool.
- Act as 1st line of support for any finance system access requests and queries.
- Ability to communicate technical issues and explain them in layman’s terms.

Charity Nest specialises in helping local charities work with big brands, ensuring the charities generate true social impact and the brands deliver on their CSR objectives.
As a Fundraiser, you will be based onsite at various venues and build relationships with the public to raise vital funds through bucket collections to support your assigned charity. You will be supported with full training and equipment for the role and be raising funds through cash and card donations whilst also raising awareness for your assigned charity. With venues across the North West, there are various locations where this role can be based including, Manchester, Preston, Liverpool, Leeds and others.
To be successful as a Fundraiser, you will have strong relationship building skills and be motivated to raise funds for meaningful causes. Ideally this person will have either some sales experience or fundraising experience. This could be from personal fundraisers such as gaining sponsorship for a challenge event, bake sales, or any other type of group or self-led fundraiser. This role will need to be available to work some Saturdays and there is daily travel of 30-90 minutes.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will be based in the North West region, dependent on your location. There is a base pay rate of £70 per day, as well as 35% commission on any funds you have raised each day.
