Communications and Events Officer
The Race Equality Foundation is seeking a creative and highly organised communicator to help amplify our evidence-based work and deliver impactful events that support real change for Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic communities. Working closely with our Communications and Public Affairs Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in parliamentary engagement, media relations and strategic communications.
In this role, you will:
- Manage social media and create engaging digital content
- Lead planning and delivery of conferences, webinars & training
- Coordinate comms requests across project teams
- Produce newsletters, website updates & publications
- Build evaluation processes and track impact data
We’re looking for:
- Strong writing and digital content skills
- Experience managing social media & events
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to race equality and social justice
