In this unique and exciting new role you will lead, manage and deliver high-level effective campaigns within a commercial environment. In addition to forms of advertising, we are looking to strengthen our inhouse expertise with additional channels such as Display and Programmatic advertising as appropriate to achieve our advertising goals. Working with the Senior Head of Digital and team, you will be required to plan, develop and execute high quality, engaging digital campaigns which attracts and retains key stakeholder groups (donors, veterans, influencers etc.) inspiring them to take action.
As the Senior Digital Campaigns Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans to engage and recruit supporters for a diverse range of events to achieve annual targets. Working with our Challenge Events Manager you will also ensure that our events website is accessible, optimised and kept up to date and will develop new initiatives, using a digital first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Working with the Digital and Challenge & Community teams to implement and maintain comprehensive digital strategies for our challenge & Community events that encompasses all areas of our digital communications to achieve fundraising goals. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to agree metrics and performance data
· Plan, construct and execute paid campaigns for the charity. Optimising engaging campaigns across primary platforms including social media, SEM, SEO and display advertising as appropriate
· Create structured A/B tests and perform analysis to identify levers impacting channel performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the ROI of campaigns
· Understand CRO techniques to improve conversion rates
· Document and present results to internal stakeholders fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous learning.
· Staying updated on emerging trends in digital fundraising, advise and support the Challenge and Community team on website, digital systems and digital best practice, new technologies and ways of working and propose innovate ideas to enhance our fundraising efforts and income streams
· Ability to work with senior stakeholders to forecast and report on ROI and demonstrate impact on business outcomes
· Train new starters how to use our content management system (CMS), shop systems, fundraising platforms and any other platforms as required
Person Specification:
· Significant experience working in a similar role with large income and expenditure budgets
· A proven track record of successfully managing and leading on the development of digital marketing programmes in a large complex organisation.
· Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies to manage digital campaign budgets, optimisation of spending and maximising of ROI
· High level of technical skills and ability including use of marketing automation tools – ie. CRM systems, Google AdWords, SEO, analytics packages inc Google Analytics 4, and ad management platforms
· Ability to interpret data insights, conduct A/B testing and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign effectiveness to achieve goals
· The ability to think creatively and prioritise workload and manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
· Knowledge of data privacy regulations and advertising guidelines ensuring campaigns comply with legal and ethical standards

About the Role:
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Development (Alumni and Support Engagement), you will be at the forefront of driving their insight program to achieve DAE's ambitious objectives. About you:

- Be a strategic leader with experience in data and insight, with a strong understanding of data governance principles, data management, and data quality concepts.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families affected by domestic/sexual abuse. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing holistic support to mothers, children, and young people (CYP) during their time in refuge and as they transition into the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Delivering Services:
- Provide personalised 1:1 family support services to families residing in the refuge, addressing the impact of domestic/sexual abuse on the family unit.
- Collaborate in planning and delivering activities tailored to parents and CYP, including educational, leisure, and therapeutic services.
- Facilitate the strengthening of parent-child relationships and empower families to enhance their resilience.
Assessment and Risk Management:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of families' needs and risks, utilising organisational assessment tools and evaluation methods.
- Assess and promote parenting skills and children's needs while supporting safety planning for families.
- Manage safeguarding incidents related to children in the refuge, liaising with relevant authorities as necessary.
Development of Early Years/Holiday Play Schemes:

Starlight is the national charity for children’s play in healthcare. The charity supports children to enjoy the power of play to boost their wellbeing and resilience during treatment, care, and recovery from illness. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, business-driven, and forward-thinking CRM professional to join the Leadership team at Starlight as Head of Data & Business Insight. Used to managing the big picture of data, insight and IT in an organisation where evidence-based decision making is key, you’ll think creatively, find pragmatic solutions and be used to juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. With a real focus on Fundraising Data and Insight, though working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll be skilled in being both supportive coach and critical friend, able to encourage and to challenge the thinking of those around you. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in using data to drive evidence-based decision making to grow fundraising income in a small or medium sized organisation. You will have solid experience of driving business results and of building business thinking in colleagues, influencing, and challenging as needed, together with substantial experience of working with and generating insight from high-volume databases within a fundraising environment. You should have strong experience in organisation wide efficient and effective data management, as well as experience in managing change projects, working alongside, and influencing key stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the organisation. You will need to have a commitment to personal growth through self-awareness and self-management, together with good working knowledge and understanding of cyber security. You will need to enjoy being part of a small team where individuals thrive on working outside of their designated roles from time to time to get things done. Although not essential, experience of using Power BI / Power Query / DAX for data analytics would be advantageous.

Robertson Bell are excited to commence the search for a permanent CEO to join this compassionate and collaborative organisation. Reporting into the board, you will be responsible for five direct reports on the Senior Management Team and will hold accountability for 90 members of staff.
Key Responsibilities for the role will include:
- Implement the organisation's strategic vision and business plans in collaboration with the Board of Trustees.
- Act as the public face of the organisation, fostering relationships with community leaders and external stakeholders.
- Lead and manage the Senior Management Team, ensuring effective staff recruitment, management, and development.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, inclusion, and commitment to our mission among staff.
- Oversee all operational aspects, including administration, finance, fundraising, marketing, communications, and IT.
- Develop and implement financial plans in consultation with the Board of Trustees.

- Ensure high standards of governance, attending Board meetings and providing necessary information and advice.

The successful CEO will join this organisation at the beginning of their new strategy and will be required to ensure the successful launch of new services and initiatives. The position will be based at their head office in Sevenoaks and requires regular office attendance. - Degree-level education required; professional qualification (e.g., MBA, CIPD, CCAB) preferred.

Exeter-based cancer charity, Force, is well known and much loved for its incredible work supporting people who have had a cancer diagnosis and their families with a range of support. Their longstanding CEO is now retiring and the search has begun to find that special person to leader the charity into the future. Supporter Services & Database Officer
Do you have a genuine interest in building and maintaining relationships? Are you keen to contribute to the delivery of effective supporter journeys and be the first point of contact for any supporter enquiries?
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the fundraising database with both personal and financial data and working across staff teams to maximise the high-quality data management and insight which supports the fundraising team’s plans.
Is this role for you?
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a supporter or customer service environment. Experience of working with a CRM database (preferably Raiser’s Edge) to manage supporter or customer information. You will be friendly, confident and able to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will be able to make your mark in supporting key projects which are organisational priorities for the coming year and truly make a difference to and enhance the lives of the people the charity supports.

The Finance, Procurement, Strategic Planning and Analytics directorate, led by the Chief Financial Officer / VP (Finance), comprises c.150 roles located across our campuses in central London. The Finance department of c.100 roles provides various accounting, assurance, advisory, decision support and financial processing functions for the whole university.
The Director of Finance Business Partnering (Operations) is a critical role within the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance division that will lead, develop and deliver high quality finance business partnering and decision support to all the central services of the university, including providing financial planning, reporting and insight across revenue and capital funded activity.
You will support the senior Director of the Financial Strategy, Planning & Performance function in development and improvement projects. Examples include the development of a professional competencies framework to support career progression and performance at all levels, supported by learning and development opportunities, improving key processes, resource allocation and financial planning methodologies, and reporting on financial performance.
As part of the function’s senior management team, this role will lead a team of finance business partners who will provide outstanding partnering services to our central services including large functions such as Estates and Facilities, IT, Students & Education, Research Management and on other crucial ‘head office’ activities. Working closely with the corporate reporting team on the provision of management accounts, you will lead on financial performance support in-year and across our three-year financial planning framework. You will also undertake and provide professional support to your team on business partnering skills, financial modelling, business case development and financial appraisals. You will play a wider role as a senior member of the finance leadership team on cross-college initiatives and be asked to deputise for the senior Director of the division or their peers.
It is an exciting time to join the university as we are making a step change in our support and advice, particularly to directorate heads and our Senior Vice Principal (Operations), and onwards through the leadership roles across the central service directorates where financial and operational decisions are made.
This is a full time post (36 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. We work in a hybrid way and there is an expectation of being able to work at least three days a week in our offices to help facilitate a collaborative working culture.
