They will collaborate closely with staff across teams to ensure that all aspects of organising events are covered from the planning to evaluation stage.
The successful candidate will be very IT savvy with high levels of literacy. They will have solid experience of providing effective administrative support to a range of people and functions within an organisation, as well as experience of planning and administering a range of training activities and network meetings. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives and ideally will have previously worked as Deputy Manager (preferred but not essential). You must have experience of supervising and supporting a staff team and hold a qualification relevant to the work or extensive experience and ongoing professional development. Knowledge and experience of quality assurance approach to children's services is also vital, as well as experience of analysing data and management information to support continual service improvement and development.
