As Scheme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of your Peabody community, playing a crucial role supporting the practical needs and wellbeing of residents.  You’ll actively work with residents in the management of their self-contained flat, developing and improving Peabody’s service to them and ensuring we take full account of our older residents’ needs. 

Success in this role requires your presence at the sheltered housing scheme 3 days a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday with flexible hours.

FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.

The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. We currently have over 90 registered volunteers and a key part of the role will be to develop our volunteer programme.  As a small team, you will also support our part-time Engagement Coordinator, so there will be plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your creative skills too.

About Allsorts

Allsorts' mission is to listen to, connect, and support children and young people under the age of 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT+), or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. 

By placing young people’s voices at the centre of our work and consultations, we ensure that our understanding of their ongoing and evolving needs continues to inform our service provision.

There are three main strands to our service provision, all of which approach things from slightly different angles, but are all in service of improving the lives of LGBT+ children and young people.

Youth Service

We offer youth groups, one-to-one support, activities, residentials, in-school support, and much more for children and young people.

Parents & Carers Service.

We offer groups, one-to-one support, activities, information sessions, and much more for parents & carers of LGBT+ children and young people

Training Service

We provide LGBT+ Inclusion Training for a wide range of organisations, mainly to those working with children and young people, to help build people’s knowledge of LGBT+ issues and their confidence in being LGBT+ allies.

What Makes This Role Special

This role combines essential Salesforce administration skills with a hands-on data management. While you'll need strong Salesforce technical capabilities for system configuration, user management, and troubleshooting, much of your day-to-day work will involve processing and maintaining supporter data. We need someone who values both technical expertise and the precision required for detailed data work.

What You'll Do

Salesforce Administration:

• Manage Salesforce CRM including user management, permissions, system configuration, and security
• Deploy updates, maintain custom fields and flows, and ensure data integrity
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Data Management & Processing:

• Process and maintain data from multiple external platforms and income sources
• Keep supporter records up to date including addresses, direct debit details, and preferences
• Conduct regular data quality checks, error correction, and reconciliation processes

Reporting & Analytics:

• Generate data reports and create dashboards for management and teams
• Extract and compile data for mailings, campaigns, and impact reporting

Technology & Innovation:

• Support implementation of AI integration (Dataro) and evaluate new Salesforce features
• Maintain platform integrations and support digital technology improvements
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices

Support & Collaboration:

• Develop streamlined data entry processes and documentation
• Support colleagues with database queries and technical issues
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with strong Salesforce CRM administration skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience in charity fundraising processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, understanding of data protection principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across all departments.

About the role

• Delivering support to people who are experiencing homelessness and are rough sleeping in the borough of Tower Hamlets.
• Conducting person-centred assessments with those who self-present at the service for support
• Agree plans, in conjunction with service users, to move into accommodation and access specialist services which will address the underlying causes of their homelessness. 
• To make referrals into Tower Hamlets and Pan-London local authority housing options services, using Homeless Reduction Act
• To work with partner agencies to provide joint support to service users where appropriate
• To build relationships with housing providers and the private rented sector, to increase the portfolio of affordable referral routes into accommodation.
• You will have excellent communication skills and can create positive working relationships with a wide range of people, including external services.
• You will support the development of the service and ensure that you are delivering a solution-focussed and strength-based approach.

About the role

Development Group generates philanthropic and sponsorship income to help us create a Natural History Museum for the future – investing in capital development, attaining vital acquisitions for the collection, transforming our galleries, developing innovative exhibitions and undertaking ground-breaking scientific research on issues that affect us all.

The Museum is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual for the role of Legacy Manager. The role will be key in securing the future of the Museum for years to come, building on and delivering a comprehensive legacy strategy, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and building meaningful relationships with legacy supporters.

Working alongside an approachable and highly successful Philanthropy team, reporting into the Senior Philanthropy Manager (HNWI), the role will be leading and delivering our legacy programme, building on and driving forward our legacy strategy. You will develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to deliver the legacy strategy, as well as promote legacy giving to a wide audience and cultivating new legators. The role will also steward existing legators, developing relationships and planning events to steward and cultivate. You will also work closely with a Philanthropy Executive to manage legacy administration and ensure best practice stewardship.

About you

The appointed person will have extensive experience in legacy fundraising and marketing, and successfully soliciting legacy pledges and a proven ability to develop strategy, manage budgets and deliver results. They will have exceptional written and oral communication skills, with an ability to convey detailed information in a concise and engaging manner and be able to establish productive relationships with a variety of funders, prospects and colleagues. This person must be able to work proactively and constructively with colleagues to develop high-quality project proposals and act as an ambassador for the Natural History Museum amongst a range of high-profile external contacts. Finally, they will possess exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills and have an ability to prioritise and meet regular deadlines whilst working under pressure.
