About the role
Sightsavers are looking for an experienced Project Finance Officer to support the Digital Futures Programme. As the Project Finance Officer, you will manage the day-to-day financial operations, donor compliance, partner oversight, and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
Further responsibilities include:
Donor Budget Management and Reporting

Preparation and maintenance of the Project Budget to ensure data is complete and maintained on a timely basis.

Work with the project team to ensure that all donor-related information is disseminated to project, finance, and logistics staff as well as partners to enable them to abide by donor rules and regulations.

In coordination with project staff and partners, prepare and regularly update the spending plan.
Financial Management:
-
Prepare monthly budget versus actual reports and send to the Programme Manager and to other relevant staff.

Prepare quarterly financial report as per Institutional donor requirements, ensuring it is complete, accurate and produced on time to ensure adequate review, approval, and submission to the Finance Lead-Digital Futures programme.

Capture and review transactions in AMC monthly to ensure they are correctly coded and accurately captured with clear descriptions.

Prepare and consolidate the monthly invoice and expense projection. Analyse differences between the projections and actual spending and submit adjustments as required.

Ensure financial reports are produced in compliance with Donor’s exchange rate policies, including keeping track of expenditure in currencies other than GBP and identifying the rate at which they need to be converted into GBP.
Partner Financial Reporting:

Ensure partners report as per the required reporting template for both internal and donor formats.

Review and coordinate the consolidation of partner financial reports.

Undertake quarterly financial monitoring visits to partners to review internal control processes and provide capacity building in procurement, reporting and compliance and other areas of weakness.

Coordinate with all partners for review of financial reports, payment (Funds) requests to finance and overall financial oversight. (This includes integrating reports, providing financial advice based on donor compliance rules to partners).

Undertake partner visits to review their financial procedures, capacity building and follow through on implementation of recommendations.
Procurement:

Identity program procurement needs in consultation with the Program Manager.

Supply chain procurement preparation in coordination with the Central Procurement team.

Source for quotations and analyse the quotations for review by FSSM.

Adherence to donor rules, Sightsavers programme procurement for the project consumables and Global Financial Framework and Procurement Policies.
Skills and Experience
As the successful candidate you will possess a relevant professional accounting qualification and a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting. You will have working experience in a similar role, ideally within and INGO environment, including a background in managing grants/contracts from institutional donors and Foundations, and have experience in financial review and compliance for public institutions and OPDs.

What you’ll do
As a Community Manager, you’ll support new residents to settle in, provide information about the scheme, and promote health and safety through regular checks. You’ll manage onsite contractors, oversee repairs, and maintain accurate records of expenditure and income. You’ll process purchase orders, handle administration, and manage communal facilities. You’ll also work closely with Residents’ Committees, attend meetings, and liaise with statutory and voluntary organisations to signpost residents to additional support. Occasionally, you may need to respond to emergencies outside normal office hours.
Please note this role is 20 hours Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day. The office base for this role is based at Rose Acre Gardens.

This is a hands-on, relationship-led role supporting people experiencing homelessness alongside complex needs to stabilise their lives and move forward. As a Project Worker, you’ll work directly with residents across multiple sites in Lewisham (Brockley and New Cross), offering consistent, practical support that recognises people’s mental health needs while building confidence and routine. Building on SEL Mind’s comprehensive Mindful Mums and Being Dad (MMBD) programmes, we are seeking to appoint a Perinatal Counsellor to provide one-to-one talking therapy to expectant and new parents in Lewisham.
The focus will be reducing the anxiety of expectant parents during pregnancy and in the immediate postnatal period. The service will offer structured counselling sessions to parents, tailored to individual needs, cultural context and preferences.
The Counsellor will draw upon the wealth of experience within the wider MMBD team and strong links with local professional networks including Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Team, Maternity Steering Group and Lewisham Perinatal Mental Health and Parent-Infant Relationship Network.
You will have experience of working with clients within the perinatal period as a counsellor post qualification, including conducting clinical assessments and risk assessments. You will be confident in managing a caseload, regularly reviewing and monitoring clients and working with people from diverse communities. Successful candidates must provide evidence of their registration with a professional counselling body e.g. BACP.
The expectations of the role are to support a minimum of 20 clients within the first year. Client work will be delivered within confidential spaces in Family Hubs across Lewisham Borough. Ideally client work will be delivered in one full day, supporting an average of 5 clients. The role holder will be required to work on Tuesday mornings in order to attend team meetings and training.

About the Role
The Management Accountant will work closely with the Head of Finance to enhance financial services and provide supportive management accounting at Solace. You will work alongside the Assistant Management Accountants to produce accurate and timely internal and external financial reports.

About You

About the Role
As a key member of Big C’s Executive leadership team, you will bring a specialist knowledge of cancer and act as an ambassador for the charity in this area of expertise.
You will serve as the clinical lead for the charity with leadership and management responsibilities of our Cancer Support Centres and Hubs, our Health Academy programmes, and of the teams that deliver them. The Whiteley Homes Trust “the Trust” is a charity that manages Whiteley Village in Surrey. The purpose of the charity is to provide homes for older people of limited means from all over the country. Founded over a hundred years ago in Walton on Thames, Surrey, the Village is located in 225 acres of beautiful grounds and is a very special place to live and work.
Established in 1917 the village has many Grade 2 listed buildings and provides housing for nearly 400 older people of limited means. There are 265 Almshouses and 51 extra care apartments and the Village also has a church, activity centre, pool, village hall, shop and community café. Huntley House is our Extra Care scheme for residents who require additional support to live independently. The Registered Manager is responsible for ensuring Huntley House is safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led, in line with the expectations of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the values of the Trust. You will be required to register with CQC as the Registered Manager.
This customer-facing role provides a professional, high quality and effective service to residents. Working closely with the Housing team, you will support all residents to enable them to live independently in their own homes, with a focus on sustainment, support and resident wellbeing. Requirements
Candidates must be 18 years old or older and resident in the UK with the right to work in the UK. Successful candidates will need to have their background and criminal records checked, as they are likely to have access to sensitive personal data.
Essential

Significant leadership experience in a senior operational role within a helpline, support service, contact centre, victim support environment or other complex service-delivery setting.

Proven ability to scale a service, introduce new operational models and lead organisational change.

Experience managing multi-layered teams (including volunteers), ideally across remote environments.

Strong understanding of QA, safeguarding principles, operational risk, and compliance.

Demonstrated ability to set KPIs, manage performance, analyse data and make evidence-informed decisions.

Exceptional people leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a newly created position which is a reflection of our dedication to ensure the highest standards of quality and continuous improvement across our adoption services.
The Adoption Quality and Development Lead plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality adoption and adoption support services. The post holder will lead on quality assurance activities, policy development, complaints investigations, and specific projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to continuous improvement. They will be one of PACT’s agency decision makers. They will also manage projects such as the birth relatives project and support digital and training initiatives. The role requires collaboration across teams, liaison with external agencies, and occasional cover for Team Managers.
About you:
We are looking for a qualified and registered social worker with substantial post-qualification experience in adoption and children’s services, including quality assurance and inspection preparation. You will have excellent knowledge of adoption legislation and standards, strong analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
