This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship‑focused individual to join our Corporate Partnerships team. The role will be a mix of managing and growing existing partnerships and supporting new business activity.

You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and other colleagues across the team to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued, supported, and inspired by the impact they are helping to create. You’ll also contribute to building our pipeline, identifying potential new supporters, making first contact, and helping to develop tailored proposals.

While you don’t need to be an expert from day one, you will bring energy, curiosity, and great interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deliver excellent partnership experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Support the management of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring they are well‑stewarded and achieve agreed objectives.

• Coordinate partnership activities, such as volunteering days, events, campaigns, and communications.

• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Impact, Delivery) to gather and share inspiring impact stories and updates with partners.

• Track and report on partnership deliverables and KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, such as additional projects, campaigns, or employee engagement activities.

New Business Support

• Research and identify potential new corporate partners.

• Assist with approaches to prospective partners, including outreach emails, calls, LinkedIn networking, and event attendance.

• Support the development of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and budgets for senior stakeholders.

• Help maintain and grow the new business pipeline.

Communications & Events

• Work with Marketing & Comms to produce engaging partnership content for social media, newsletters, and impact reports.

• Represent UK Youth at external networking events, conferences, and partner‑related activities.

Data & Administration

• Keep all CRM records accurate and up to date.

• Support due diligence processes for both new and existing partnerships.

• Ensure donations are processed, recorded, and recognised appropriately.

This role involves ensuring the safety and security of both the building and its service users during night hours, through regular patrols, monitoring CCTV and emergency systems, and completing health and safety checks. The postholder will deliver person-centred, responsive support tailored to service users' evolving needs, including during mental health relapses or crises. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs, with additional experience in substance misuse support being desirable. They will have a solid understanding of recovery-focused approaches and co-production, along with the ability to design and deliver activities that build confidence, reduce anxiety, and support self-defined recovery goals. A strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including welfare reform, the Care Act, and housing pathways, is essential. The candidate must be confident in engaging clients in assessments and collaboratively developing, reviewing, and auditing support and safety plans. Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems is required, as is the ability to manage basic building safety issues and handle petty cash accurately. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, and resilience in challenging situations are key to success in this role.

We are Olive Branch Aid (OBA), an award-winning Foodbank charity operating in south London, and we are looking for a dynamic and confident Foodbank Manager to work alongside our newly appointed Foodbank Coordinator as well as an energetic team of more than 60 volunteers. 

We have achieved so much but we have ambitions to do so much more! 

Since beginning 5 years ago, OBA now provides food support for a day for the equivalent of 70,000 people a year. In 2024 we packaged and delivered more than 9 tonnes of food for those needing our services. Check out our website to read more about our journey.

OBA is different

OBA provides a hand-up rather than a hand-out. More than a Foodbank, OBA provides support for 3 months - much longer than most Foodbanks. We also provide an innovative well-being support service that helps service users address the underlying causes of their food needs. In 2024, OBA helped more than 75 households with complex underlying issues, this involved many weeks of telephone calls and meetings and helped prevent at least five families from becoming homeless. OBA also provides free preloved clothing and household goods to help service users get back on their feet.

Since 2023, OBA has its own fully funded premises off Portslade Road next to the Windrush overground station. Despite these successes, we continue to rely entirely on donations for our day to day expenses. As Foodbank Manager, you will help us secure the funding to grow our services and help even more people.

The ISM is now looking for a Director of Legal Services to manage a critical part of how we support our members: namely our legal services. You will be managing our brilliant in-house team of lawyers as well as our external associated suppliers. You will also advise the ISM on business related legal issues, ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and work closely with the External Affairs team particularly on areas which have a legal element such as the Employment Rights Bill.

The provision of legal advice to our members is a core part of what the ISM offers and it is vital that we deliver gold standard legal services, responding to the needs of our professional musician membership. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The sanctuary offers a home-from-home environment for all our residents.  Under direction you will be required to always provide and maintain a high standard of care and quality of life for all sanctuary residents in a safe and happy environment.  To offer love, comfort, stimulation, compassion, stability and security to all residents including the wildlife, ensuring their environment is the perfect sanctuary.

Under direction, you will be responsible for the welfare and happiness of each resident, ensuring the physical and emotional wellbeing of all residents in your charge, through constant interaction, whilst still maintaining consistently high standards of hygiene for each resident and throughout the sanctuary with daily cleaning duties.

There are many physical elements including cleaning, grooming, lifting residents, bending and working outdoors, so the capability to carry out all such tasks is essential. 

A love of animals together with the commitment and dedication needed to enrich their time at the sanctuary, during their latter years of life, and for those pets undergoing palliative care is also essential.  Full training will be given.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under direction you will be required to:-

i. Care for each resident like your own family, to build bonds with each resident in your charge, to understand each individual character, their likes, dislikes, personality and needs, to be receptive and understanding and have the ability to spot when things are not quite right.

ii. Minimise the trauma to any resident at a time of illness with compassionate care and, if needed, staying with them to reassure and “not clock off” when the shift ends.

iii. Provide stability by way of a routine with regard to meal times, exercise, grooming and cleaning, so all residents feel safe and secure. 

iv. Provide meals, ie breakfast, lunch and evening meals as well as any extra meals required for residents’ needs.

v. Ensure bedding, towels and coats are washed, bowls, toys, grooming implements and curtains are cleaned.  The living quarters for all residents to be spotlessly clean, utensils washed, floors hoovered and mopped.  To be able to add the extra little touches to further enhance their living quarters and surroundings. 

vi. Pick up animal waste from rooms, patio areas and whilst out walking and dispose of in a safe and hygienic fashion.

vii. Daily cleaning duties to include outside areas of the sanctuary ie stables, aviaries, paddocks, yards and cat gardens having regard for the general tidiness and cleanliness of the entire sanctuary.

viii. Communicate with all residents throughout your shift, be compassionate, patient, gentle and fun.

ix. Prioritise own workload as well as work within a team, communicate effectively with other team members, give and receive emotional support at difficult times when a resident dies. 

x. Meet and greet visitors to the sanctuary as and when required.

xi. Liaise with all other staff of the Trust in a flexible manner.

xii. Be familiar with and adhere to The Trust’s procedures, disciplinary and applicable rules and ensure compliance with legislation (Health and Safety, Data Protection, especially the privacy of members, petitioners and volunteers alike).

Brief role description:

The Senior Individual Giving Officer plays an integral role within the Fundraising team at the Forces Employment Charity (FEC). As part of the Marketing, Communication and Fundraising Directorate, you will be responsible for delivery of the core elements of the individual giving programme, developing engaging products and activity across multiple channels to support income generation, identifying new audiences, optimising responses, growing the supporter base and contributing to the lifetime value of supporters.

This 21-hour per week position is for someone excited by the prospect of building upon the current strategy and strategic oversight of all safeguarding matters as well as being an advocate for safeguarding across the Synod structure and in its seventy-five churches.

The successful applicant will be willing to work within the Christian ethos of the United Reformed Church and at times travel extensively in Wales.

This post is offered on a five-year, fixed-term contract, in the first instance.
