Responsibilities of our Supporter Care Advisor:
As our Supporter Care Advisor you will provide a first-class level of customer care to current and potential supporters to secure financial and non-financial support, nurture relationships and increase levels of engagement, ensuring supporters feel valued and a key part of our work. You will be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries and direct communication with supporters via a variety of channels (including inbound and outbound telephone calls, letters, email and social media response), helping to build loyal, committed relationships with supporters.

The Role
We are seeking a Schools Premises Officer to provide an effective and efficient administrative service to approximately 100 schools and ODBE in respect of the delivery of capital projects and property management. This is a key role which will involve working with many different stakeholders across the Diocese, including external consultants, Head teachers, bursars, school business managers, Governing Bodies and their representatives.
About You
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels to gain trust and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders; excellent project management skills with the ability to ensure that contracts are carried out within costs, on time and to the correct quality level and good financial budgeting skills to manage the delivery of capital projects.
You do not need to be a practising Christian or have a faith to work with us - around 50% of staff are not practising Christians but are comfortable with the Christian ethos that underpins the work it does. However, all staff do have a desire to make a difference.
Please note this role does require the post holder to have the ability to travel within a large geographical and sometimes within rural areas where there is no access to public transport when required.

The Director of Income will sit on the Senior Leadership team, contributing to future strategy and overall business planning.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience of working at a senior/director level in a complex, international organisation within the not-for-profit sector, and proven success prospecting for, securing and stewarding major six and seven figure grants. They will also have a track record in engaging with and securing funding from institutional donors – or equivalent income generation experience in another sector - as well as experience of securing funding from international sources. Global Canopy are seeking a strategic and creative thinker who is a natural collaborator, able to create buy-in through influence and persuasion and with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Key Responsibilities include:

Your role
As Temporary Shop Manager at Scope's New Milton shop, you’ll have autonomy to run your shop using your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment.
