About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Fundraising Team and help to develop a successful corporate partnerships department. We are looking for someone with experience in securing a range of partnerships (including COTY, corporate grants, sponsorship, commercial and strategic relationships) with regional and national businesses with the capacity bank income at a 5, 6 and 7-figure level. You will be tenacious in your prospect research, and comfortable to package up creative propositions and compelling proposals tailored to each organisation's objectives.

This important role will represent FareShare Sussex & Surrey engaging with corporate partners and key stakeholders such as council leaders, politicians and dignitaries across the region.
Using your experience in engagement and relationship management you will work to consolidate existing partnerships and seek new opportunities across Sussex & Surrey, working to build strong relationships locally and encourage partnership, donations, sponsorships and corporate volunteering. Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead our Individual Giving program. Reporting into the Head of Fundraising, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering fundraising appeals and regular giving campaigns. Your mission is to inspire supporters, cultivate a sense of ownership, and secure regular, committed donations to support our vital work.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project manage, deliver, and develop fundraising campaigns across various channels including direct mail, email, digital, social media, radio, press inserts, and advertising.
