Recruitment Timeline

We are looking for a Head of Finance who will -

·      Oversee the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring the effective management of financial resources.

·      Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and funders’ agreements; preparing budgets and management accounts; and providing accurate and timely financial reporting to support informed decision-making and for the charity’s funders.

·      Be responsible for ensuring the financial health, sustainability, and compliance of Sporting Equals. This role will oversee financial planning and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and funders.

·      Provide strategic financial guidance to the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Board of Trustees.
